No reason a axle nut should cost 30.00 dollars. I spent 16 dollars at an auto parts store for the Socket needed to use with the nut. |

We were altered a shuttle ride when dropping the car off and it was complete completed. Same day. Parke Kept us informed of the timeline and made drop off and pick up as easy as possible. | Summary: I came into Capital Eurocars to test drive a vehicle and never imaged i would be signing the paperwork on my new vehicle! From the moment I meet Jessica, I felt like family! She was honest and straight forward with my car buying experience! She's phenomenal in what she does! I will definitely recommend other people to purchase a vehicle with Jessica.
UPDATE: I'm driving on my 2nd set of temp tags which expires 2/5/26! Purchased the vehicle on 12/6/26. And not to mention the fact that i will be driving through 4 states on expired tags. I pray that nothing happens! Plus, I've made a car note payment already and still not Plated/ Tagged.
Capital Eurocars needs to do retraining on your Management, Finances and Title/Tag Dept or fire them! There's no accountability with any of these departments. The staff from St Petersburg( Headquarters)to Tallahassee( Mercedes Benz and Porsche)cover for eachother rather than making everyone take ownership and correct the problem in a timely manner.! It makes me wonder how some people still have their jobs.
This has been a total nightmare for me and I wish I had never purchased from you all. I should listened to the locals that has dealt with you all in the past!
Customer service is key and I can honestly say Tallahassee Capital Eurocars Mercedes Benz ain't it! I guess I should contact the BBB and Mercedes Benz Co and let them know how you treat customers who purchased their vehicles! |
