| Summary: I was very pleased with my service representative, William (Bill) Gilkes, the technician that worked on my Sprinter travel van, Lucas, and everyone I dealt with at Capital Eurocars. They were all extremely professional, accommodating, friendly and willing to assist me with my Sprinter engine problem.
I had recently started from my home in Virginia for a once month RV trip out West when I had the DEF light come on, limiting the number of engine starts and making continuing my journey impossible. After making several attempts to service the engine at various other service shops en route, I arrived unscheduled at Capital Eurocars where I met Bill who was very willing to help.
Knowing that I was on a road trip and had no service appointment, be was nevertheless able to schedule me for troubleshooting and service. He was able to order the necessary parts for overnight delivery and the next day Lucas had the Sprinter repaired and I was on my way West to continue my camping road trip.
In short, Bill and the Capital Eurocars team rescued my wife and I from a short and disastrous ending to our planned road trip and we are now enjoying camping in my repaired Sprinter with no problems.
I highly recommend Capital Eurocars for Sprinter service.

I have purchased many vehicles and this purchase was the best. Claude was extremely knowledgeable about the car that we bought. We arrived at the dealership and were immediately met by Claude.
