He is always courteous and provides me with prompt and timely updates regarding the status of my car. Due to my time constraints he has always provided me with a loaner car which is ready at the time I drop off my car with minimal wait time. I highly recommend Dave Kohler and Crown Mercedes for your car maintenance needs!! |

| Summary: I had a nice customer experience with Dan Boshkovski. I needed 2020 C-Class and after visiting a few dealerships I settled on one at Crown Mercedes-Benz. I met with Dan, who was helpful from the start till I made the decision to purchase. I still communicate with him after purchasing the car, and he responds promptly to all my questions regarding some features in the car. He has been fantastic so far. |
