| Summary: I contacted Land Rover of St Petersburg to purchase an SUV there and it was a great experience thanks to the efforts of Tony DeJesus. I am writing this in part to thank him for the work he did, and to highlight the benefits this company and its customers have of having someone such as Tony on its staff.
I live in Miami and needed to fly in to do a cash purchase of the SUV (Land Rover Discovery Sport) in St. Petersburg, then drive it back. Tony responded quickly to my online inquiry and then helped me get a look at the car remotely. He then forwarded all purchase documents and went over them with me online to explain to me easily and simply what they all meant. It was quick and he was prepared with answers for all questions. He then went above and beyond in facilitating all the online transactions. Importantly, he responded immediately to all my questions at all times. Even a very early morning text to which I did not expect an immediate response....i had a response 5 minutes later. (My apologies for that! ). Just very responsive.
With most paperwork done with Tony's help, I flew in and he offered to take care of my transportation from the airport. Once I arrived was careful to explain to me everything about the vehicle and we did the test drive finalize paperwork, and I was out. Quick and Professional.
