| Summary: Doreen Hailey was my service rep. Upon my arrival she was busy with another customer, but took a moment to acknowledge me and let me know she would be right with me. After a few minutes she checked me in, and let me know an approximate time for my service completion. After I returned she explained what had been done, presented the paperwork for my signature, and thanked me for using Crown Hyundai. All in all a very pleasant and professional experience. Thank you Doreen. |

| Summary: Will NEVER return to crown. I am so happy to have just purchased (all cash!) my new vehicle from another dealer WOW! What a difference it was actually a pleasure dealing with someone other than crown! My father is enjoying his new luxury vehicle as well (Tesla). So glad to have been treated so badly by crown now I can appreciate an excellent dealer they have my family and friends business for life! |

| Summary: One of the best experience at this dealership for someone like me who was out of state buyer. Mostly dealt with salesperson Ashish Thomas and Casey Newman (his manager). Both gentlemen were professional and willing to work with customer. They made a buying experience pleasant. Ashish even came to airport to pick up. Would definitely buy from this dealership. |
