I'm over them! Appointments take weeks to get in... they NEVER return my call.
Try Fitzgerald Hyundai.. gave me an appointment within a week. I purchased an extended warranty thru Crown... I tried to contact them for my warranty info as my car sat in the shop. EVEN Fitzgerald Hyundai tried... as well as my husband. They NEVER returned our many calls. I will NEVER take any of my vehicles back there. Fitzgerald Hyundai is the go to. Sorry Crown you've lost my entire family as customers If I could rate them a negative 5, I would... looking to purchase another vehicle, Hyundai of course... going to Fitzgerald Hyundai to do so... |

| Summary: New to Crown for service on my 2021 Genesis GV89 since my original dealership in Tampa lost their Genesis brand. Was welcomed with a friendly attitude by all in the service department at Crown Genesis. Bradley Rhattigan was my service advisor and did an excellent job getting my car in for routine service. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. My service experience with Crown was much better the my previous dealership. Looking forward to continuing to service my Genesis at Crown in the future. I highly recommend Crown and Bradley Rhattigan for your service needs. |

| Summary: I bought a Hyundai Konda this past weekend and it was a wonderful experience. Joseph Nikolich and John You were amazing and so so helpful!! They answered all my questions, were fun to talk to, and helped me find the perfect car for me. Tim in the finance department was also a DELIGHT - really put me at ease throughout the whole process, especially the scary part - the money. Overall, they all made the process easy and genuinely enjoyable! If you are in the market for a new I highly recommend you go talk to them. That was such positive experience and I love my new car!! 10/10 |
