| Summary: Called this dealer yesterday for a service question...let's just say, it was a frustrating conversation - I called back, left a voicemail for the Service Manager asking him to call me back. Honestly, I wasn't expecting a call back, as I was fairly vague about the reason. He just called me back (10:15 and actually apologized for the delay - crazy! He was so prompt!!!) and handled the call with an apology, an explanation of how my call yesterday should have been addressed, answered my question, shared his wisdom and told me if I ever needed anything to feel free to reach out!
Wow!!!!!! You don't get any more comprehensive of customer service, than that!!

Before writing this review I wanted to make sure I had his name correct, called back, Debbie D. answered, I told her not to bother him with putting my call through, but could she find out that info for me.
Again...WOW!!!! So pleasant, engaging, helpful and friendly just like Cliff!!
The car business is tough (I've been in it most of my life in between the hospitality biz), car dealers have "less than" reputations etc, but these two shine bright! -and from what I understand, this is throughout the Crown organization.
I'm a "tough crowd" when it comes to customer care having been in it all my adult like (more than half a century), so it's hard to impress me, but I'm IMPRESSED!
There's a car dealer on every corner, but you differentiate yourself by how you treat your customers. Consider them differentiated...in my book!

I wanted to buy a used Telluride and the second they got a trade in he called me and it was the perfect car for us. | Summary: This is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Im not from Tampa and was hoping to find somewhere to get my car serviced. They are amazing. Tomm Burkart reached out to me after my car was towed to the dealership when it broke down (this is the first time because my car has been really reliable). Tomm is kind, professional and kept me up to date on the progress of my car. I really appreciated the professionalism and the service. My service was covered under warranty and Tomm arranged my rental. When I tell you I cant say enough positive things about my experience. I have been telling everyone about my great experience. I highly recommend them. |
