We picked up a Tesla Model Y yesterday and it was the smoothest car buying experience we've EVER had. Most of the paperwork was done online before we even stepped foot in the dealership!! Zoltan and Omar were fantastic, made sure we were able to get a deal and were fully satisfied with the car before finishing up. We'll definitely return to purchase another car in the future.

I was surfing internet for weeks to find the right Truck. I previously owned 2 brand new Sierra 1500 Gas trucks and was searching for a White 1500 Diesel late at night when came across the one at Crown. I replied with a question on Crown web site and the responder said Zoltan Krempaszky was still at dealership (at Midnight) I asked if he could call me? Of which Zoltan did and he answered all my questions and concerns. He was an absolute professional completely through my purchase as we had multiple phone calls and texts back and fourth because I live in northeast Fl panhandle & made a 400+ mile journey to get my truck. Purchasing such a truck sight unseen would make many skeptical. Zoltan provided complete assurance and testimonials that the truck was perfect and as described. Of which it was everything as described and more. I would highly recommend everyone not only to Crown Euro but to see Zoltan Krempaszky!!!

I bought a brand new sprinter 2022 for my hvac business and within 2 weeks had a abs sensor go faulty with 1k miles on van. Guess what they pretty much told me I ran something over with no indication of actual doing it. Costed me 1000.00 dollars even with the extended 100k warranty I paid for. 10k miles on van its shifting hard, not shifting in an out of gear from a dead stop, and then I have to go and look underneath the van to find oil all over the bottom of my truck took it into the shop Mercedes. They blamed it on me replacing the oil filter gasket with a non-Mercedes gasket for the oil filter housing that just consist of a small rubber O-ring about 3 to 4 inches in diameter. The van back still shifting. Didnt have time to keep dropping it off while Im trying to run. My business. Drove it for 4000 miles then all of a sudden on my dash pops up and says I have a DEF system fault took it back to them because it was gonna go to limp mode after 10 starts vehicle sat there for a week is fine mysteriously it was ready for pick up shortly after and was told they replaced the EGR valve and the airflow sensor was bad because I did not buy a Mercedes air filter one from AutoZone and its going to cost $1200.00 for a mass airflow sensor I got the truck back today still in limp mode. They cleared the codes and its 11 oclock at night. Im working the diesel exhaust fluid system fault is back on dash 10 left. I dont understand why theyre so happy to sell you a vehicle and then as soon as you start having problems with it, they are very fast to justify issue that is not cause by faulty manufacturing but its always the home customers fault for not operating vehicle the correct way. Im sure youre going to respond to your office, but I literally was in there arguing with yall because youre telling me pay the money or have a vehicle that doesnt drive.. its a shame we live in this type of world today were people are so fast to act like they care about everythings covered and then once they get your money and all theyre gonna get paid from the warranty department like the technicians or something, dont wanna sit around all day and free warranty that Im sure is paid by Mercedes flat rate thats lower than a regular service. Im sure their cars are great but their sprinter vans are stacked outside their service department
