| Summary: We have bought our Nissans from crown for the past few years. We loved the deal and also the service they provide. The young man that helped us on our most recent visit Danny Touch took very good care of us. Our appointment was for 7 am and we were taken right in to the waiting area. He checked on us a few times to let us know how our service appointment was going. He even returned our car to us totally clean and washed. We will continue to deal with Crown Nissan! |

Went back for routine maintenance on 06/14/23 and John Riddlebarger did an excellent job. Helped us out by getting us an estimate on tinting and what it would take to fix the paint on a few places on the car. Did not try to sell us anything extra. Will continue to get my routine maintenance done at Crown.
Edit: Took my car to Crown again. Joseph Andolina did a good job. He's was nice and knowledgeable.

| Summary: I cannot express enough gratitude for the professionalism and courtesy i was shown by Daniel Pepper. I had to go out of town for work and my wife had to drop my truck off to have it checked out for multiple issues with the traction control, abs and my 4wd was inopthey put my wife in a rental and she had dropped it off at 0830, by 1700 i had a full detailed rundown of the issues, Daniel went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was safe and all the issues were rectified. If i could id give him and the technician 10s they ordered the parts and my wife wife picked the truck up next day before COB and i cant tell you how satisfied woth how my wife and myself were treated through the whole process at CROWN NISSAN SERVICE DEPT. Yall are great keep it up and Thankyou all |
