While the Technition was working on the truck, John helped with information on some upcoming service options I'll be doing. I'm actually going back tomorrow to see John and go ahead and get one done service item done. I have every confidence John will make the process great. Thanks John. |

| Summary: Tammy made it easy to not live at the dealership to get my encore. I spent only the time to sign paperwork after work to purchase my vehicle. She has also remembered me when at the dealership for service.
When at the dealership for service, there is a case manager given for a line of clear communication. Kim Moore has been the best associate that has taken the time to work with me for service. I have had my Karen moment due to previous distrust in my last dealership and being mismatched with another associate that was not the best match for me. This dealership and service department is a must check in with me for a new or used vehicle. The extended warranties' are the best investment that I have made from the dealership. It cost more on the top of the purchase price but they have more than paid for themselves in parts and loaners. |

My most recent service manager is John Grundon, and he takes great care of me and my car! I needed extra work done last week, and John was able to get a loner car for me while the work was being done. THANK YOU John, and Crown Buick!! |
