| Summary: I recently had red warning light come on while driving and when I pulled off the highway I happened to land at a Mercedes dealership. I went in asking for advice since I didnt know if my vehicle was safe to drive and was basically told to call Audi. Fortunately for me, I discovered that I was close to Audi Clearwater. I called the Clearwater service department and spoke with Mandy Walters. Mandy made suggestions and I got my car over there. She was able to get my car worked into their schedule and it was good as new the next day.
I really appreciate Mandys calm demeanor and reassurance while I was in what was to me a scary situation. She is knowledgeable, professional and friendly and the overall experience was top notch.
You will be in good hands at Audi Clearwater! |

| Summary: I always have a great experience when having my Audi serviced at Crown Audi. I liken getting my car serviced to going to the doctor or getting a prescription filled. No one likes it or wants to spend money on it, but it is necessary. Mandy Walters always make the experience as painless as possible. She is a true asset to the organization. Also a shout out to Ellis Childers, the concierge who assists with a loaner vehicle. My vehicle is now back in tip top running condition. |
