| Summary: I am very happy with my purchase, the car is beautiful, John was great however Im not too happy with the fact that I just bought a new certified pre-owned vehicle from the dealership with an additional extended warranty cost added to my loan and the car already needs multiple repairs within a month of driving it. On top of that, none of them will be covered by any service repair contract that I paid for. So it will all be out of my pocket. This is disheartening. I have always stood by Acura and always will but not sure I was taken care of the way I should have been. I feel like I made a big beautiful costly mistake. |
