| Summary: Runaround with service for weeks until contacted the GM even after speaking with the service director and service manager. Who knows if they will honor CPO CLAIMS. Will be contacting Hyundai Corporate for claim reimbursement. + Jay Biggerstaff, Ryan Service Manager, and Mr. John Veltri Service Director. Only when I stated the bad google Review did they provide a loaner car. Go elsewhere possible.
You can happily contact me at my email or phone number on record. Perhaps you can confirm the CPO warranty for 100K Miles++ or Lemon Law for TradeIn? Sad to have to contact your GM to get a loaner. Why would I accept a rental car out of pocket and waste 5-more hours at your horrible dealership? Your loaner vehicle was a joke and the SantaFe SUV did not even perform and missed gears. Maybe you should expand your fleet for EV CARS and that have stations on site to charge after purchase. No wonder OTHER dealerships are paramount here. Such a joke. |

Mike reached back out to me right away and was super helpful with answering any questions I had. He was responsive all week before I was able to go to the dealership. Throughout the buying process he was honest and thorough. Tim was also super helpful throughout the financing process and a really cool guy. Thank you! |

| Summary: Justin Hoffman at Crown Hyundai in St. Petersburg, FL was the absolute best salesman! He and Financial Services manager Mark Bowen gave me an unbelievable deal and had me driving away in a brand new 2024 Elantra in under 2 hours. Justin went above and beyond in ensuring I had an exceptional buying experience, he personally dropped my rental car off after topping off the gas tank so I wouldnt acquire a fee from the rental company. I highly recommend Justin, Mark and everyone at Crown Hyundai if youre in the market for a new car. |
