| Summary: I cant say enough nice things about the Audi of Clearwater Service Dept. They truly are unlike any other dealer service department I have ever been a customer of.
My service rep, Marc Youngsma is always very helpful, patient, and understanding. Every time I go there I am offered a loaner car which is phenomenal. The mechanic working on my vehicle always sends a video to show me exactly what is wrong and how they will fix it.
Thanks Marc Youngsma and Audi Clearwater. I love my Audi. |

| Summary: We leased our Q5 2020 from Clearwater Audi and absolutely loved the service we received. When our lease was up in December, we decided to extend for six months. I loved my Q5 so the decision to lease another was very easy. We were in contact with Tate Dimke from January 2024 until we finally could decide on a time to meet which was April 2024. From the moment we met Tate, we knew we were in good hands. He understood every option that we were used to and wanted in a new 2024 Audi Q5. I enjoy driving an Audi because of the solid aspect of the vehicle. Thanks to Chris Grow for walking us through the paperwork/contract details. We won't go anywhere else to purchase a new Audi..Clearwater Audi is the BEST! |
