| Summary: I came to Audi Riverside today to turn in my lease to get a newer car. I had a much nicer experience here in Riverside compared to Ontario Audi. Ricky the salesperson was friendly, patient and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. No pressure, just honest answers and great customer service. I really appreciate David the sales manager, as he was very understanding of my wants, and made it happen. I appreciate how smooth and stress-free everything felt. I definitely recommend Ricky when you come in. You will be pleased! |

Throughout a long approval process involving underwriting and documentation, the team consistently went above and beyond. They communicated clearly, advocated for me with the bank, and demonstrated true professionalism and compassion. They worked tirelessly to ensure my deal went through and made me feel supported every step of the way.
Anthony took exceptional care of my son and me offering rides, checking in on us, and making the experience as smooth as possible.
Davids dedication to getting the underwriting team to thoroughly review my information was remarkable. He refused to settle for anything less than getting me approved, and his efforts truly made the difference.

| Summary: We had an amazing experience with our car salesman Matt Withrow From the very beginning, he never pressured us or tried to push us into making a decision. As a mom, I initially wanted my daughter to consider an Audi Q3, while she was set on getting a Honda Civic. Instead of focusing on making a sale, he truly listened to both of us.
He took the time to understand why my daughter preferred the Honda Civic and respected her opinion. At the same time, he patiently explained the features, safety, and benefits of the Audi Q3 in a way that was informative and not pushy. He made sure the car choice was something my daughter would genuinely be happy with.
Because of his honesty, professionalism, and ability to really listen, my daughter ended up falling in love with the Audi. It felt like he cared more about finding the right fit for her than simply selling a car. That meant everything to us.
