| Summary: If I could give 11/10 to Carlos Raez and Porsche Ontario, I would! There is definitely a spectrum of service with Porsche dealerships, and Carlos and his team are at the very top.
Carlos and his team were down to earth, easy to deal with, and honored an INCREDIBLE CPO Taycan lease deal that I almost thought was too good to be true, exactly as quoted.
Quick story of Carlos' attention to detail: Living over an hour away, I was concerned the car would get sold from under me in the 2 hours before the dealer closed. While this was a possibility, he said he would have the dealer reach out to let us know if the car sold so I wouldn't waste my time heading to the dealer to be there at opening. He personally texted me at almost 10 PM to let me know the car hadn't sold and that he'd have it ready for me to see the following morning.
We were in and out of the dealership within 1.5 hours. Carlos has been available to answer any questions I've had in the days after taking delivery of the car. I would not hesitate to work with Carlos and Porsche Ontario again for my next Porsche! Thank you Carlos! |

| Summary: I have been kicking the Porsche idea around for over 1 year and in the past 2 months I finally decided to start the process of buying one. I had visited Ontario Porsche and spoke with Carlos Raez on multiple occasions to seek the correct vehicle within my budget and wants. This car is meant to be a Sunday driver and so I wanted something special worth hanging on to. Carlos worked to send cars that met my criteria but always answered my questions about vehicles that were different. The day I was ready he allowed me to test drive 4 vehicles until I found the one for me, he even took the time to explain to my wife the differences between them and always answered her questions. In the end I purchased a 2020 Carrera 4S and I could not be happier, this car is a keeper and more car than I ever imagined. The negotiation process was simple and straightforward with 0 pressure and finance made me feel at ease and comfortable with what was being offered. Overall this is how car buying should be, I left the store in a good mood and ready to enjoy my day feeling good about my purchase and experience. |
