David Barron at Porsche Ontario was my point of contact after dropping my Porsche off to get repaired. This is not the first Porsche I have owned, but it is the first one I bought used from another dealer-Carvana. When I got the Porsche from Carvana it arrived with fault codes. I took it into one of Carvana's approved vendors who did absolutely nothing but let my car sit. That vendor said they called BridgeCrest-Carvana's insurance partner, but they never received a work order from them even though they said they (the Carvana Approved Vendor/Mechanic shop) said they would call and put in a claim five different times. See, when you purchase a vehicle from Carvana they give a small amount of time to get your vehicle inspected/repaired before their guarantee/warranty is up. Having owned Porsche's before I decided it was just best to take it into the Porsche dealership itself. Especially because this Porsche is a Boxster, so whom best to deal with a mid-engine vehicle then the one's who make them, a Porsche dealership. If I had left my car at the other dealership, I really would not have the peace of mind that I had after leaving it here at Ontario Porsche. Porsche did have my vehicle for over a month, but with my vehicle left there I know they are actually working on it and that it is not just sitting until they decide to work on it. Plus, Porsche did provide me with a loaner vehicle when I requested one. I went in because I had dashboard warning lights on regarding engine coolant and oil sensor. I asked for a full diagnostic and they found several leaks and problems. They ended up replacing the water pump, my axels, fixing parking brake, and several other issues. If I had left this vehicle with one of Carvana's approved vendors I highly doubt they would have gone the extra mile and actually make sure everything was in tip top shape. The peace of mind I have in this investment, in this vehicle, it's indescribably priceless, after receiving your Porsche back from the Porsche Tech Mechanics. I now feel 100% great about purchasing this used Porsche. I feel like they made it brand new again. And driving it, it feels and sounds brand new. Thank you David for making my trip to Porsche Ontario feel so special and magical. You made everything easy and seamless for me. Thank you for keeping me updated throughout the process. Thank you for explaining everything clearly, every step of the way, and thank you for be so responsive. It was just a delight to do business at Porsche Ontario.

DAVID BARRON. OMGreatG-d, you have Nooo idea how much work the car I bought my Wife for our 10 year wedding anniversary back in August needed. I had it delivered. The guy who dropped it off was in no way employed nor has anythong to do with Porsche; however, he commemted like, WOW, that's the coolest car I ever delivered and I asked him, "Is everything amazing and perfect because this Bad B1tch is for my Wife(?).". He said, "Oh, hell yeah!". So, his mama dropped him on his head when he was a baby, more than once. So, we saw the check engine light come on immediately and still drove to Utah with it and back. We are a Porsche family, so we "outta know" (-Alanis Morrissette) what a Porsche feels like and this was far from it. We took it to get a complete check for every thing. They letthe car sitin their shop for close to a Month without any progress or returned calls. My Wife picked the car up and we took it to Porsche Ontario. As I mentioned, we have experience with Porsche Woodland Hills, Porsche Beveely Hills, and Porsche Downtown LA, but there is no David Barron at any of those (after working with him) sub-par Porsche service centers. Turns out there was close to $70k worth of problems with it. David got it all fixed, brand new parts, had to remove the mid-engine, endless serious issues. We were given a 2025 Porsche SUV as a loaner while the car was having surgery (to be the least dramatic). David updated us every day or two. Always with positive news because he dealt with insurance who certainly did not want to cover hardly any of it and did not want to pay for the man hours- they worked every single day on the car. We had expected to have to pay out of pocket at least $10k. DAVID spent countless hours negotiating on the phone with insurance. He called to let us know everything- he made himself available to us through phone, text, etc. Yesterday he said, "The car is ready to pick up. We did all kinds of road tests to make sure it was just like brand new.". We ended not even paying our $300 deductible because of David Barron. We paid $100. We are driving back in our car and it is like driving the dream. I had to write this while my Wife drives because I thought the whole wide World should know about this- This is not normal- David went to infinity and beyond and beyond that. I would never even think of going to any other Porsche because of David Barron. Thank you so much. You are a STAR. And, they are more than lucky to have you.

The service department and mechanics go above and beyond. Any time we are there they treat us like we are the only customers. Constant updates and they really understand concerns and issues we have. Jose Rodela and David Barron are the best. If you go please ask for them.

Excellent customer service by all employees at this dealership. David Barron was my main contact and he did an excellent job keeping me informed of my service needs and helping to guide me through the process. As I wandered through the showroom while waiting everyone greeted me with warmth and a smile asking if I needed anything. All in all a very good experience.
