Always friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Shelly also made signing all that paperwork a breeze. Jose in the service department is also a great help. |

| Summary: Awesome buying experience. Frank Cinco was upfront and was great to deal with. No back and forth negotiating needed. I told him what I want and he worked with his manager to get it right away. Finance Manager, Shelly was great as well. Very thorough and explain all the paper work in great detail. | Summary: Purchased a Cayenne GTS with Frank Cinco and it was an amazing experience. It was a huge, first time Porsche purchase/experience for us and he had so much patience and knowledge between all the different models/packages. We test drove many different cars and most definitely had to come back to Frank. We are beyond thrilled with our Cayenne aka Ms. Pepper. Frank and his team, helped make this experience exactly what we were hoping for and Ms. Pepper is the best vehicle we have ever drove, love her!! |

Excellent interaction, amazing experience, awesome place to test-drive a Porsche, and dealership with high integrity.
My wife and I very much enjoyed our experience at this dealership (Frank took great care of us).
Great guidance: after a test drive with a car we had identified online Frank suggested we take a look at another one that he felt may align well with our feedback. Spot on :-)
Excellent service: not only our interaction with sales staff was great, they really went above and beyond to make our first ownership special. When we picked up our vehicle, they had not only did an exterior detail (it had rained the prior day) but also the interior, and had it waiting for us in a dedicated show room. It was super cool! Special kudos to Frank who even brought the second car key to me the next day (I didnt have to go back to Ontario).
Great place to test drive a Porsche: nice boulevards not busy, and right next to the freeway, great place to try one out. We took ample time in our test drives (did it twice in a row as we switched drivers).
Integrity: I was very happy that after identifying an inconspicuous issue as I picked up the vehicle, i.e. AFTER signing and paying, the dealership owned up to it and is taking care of it. That means a lot to me. |

Frank did an excellent job of answering all my questions about the allocation process and explained all the options to make sure I got the car I wanted.
