| Summary: My rear tires have somehow become powerful magnetic force fields attracting every sort and kind of nail available on the road. Thank goodness for Wheel & Tire Protection and my superlative service advisor, J. Rodela. I was able to get same day attention to have my tire swapped out in a most efficient manner. I can’t say enough for the high level of service received via J. Rodela; he is an asset to the Ontario Porsche family and its customers. Appreciate everything you do J. Rodela. |

Every time we visit Porsche Ontario we are treated with the utmost respect and appreciation. From the service department (Jose and everyone else), concierge desk, boutique, finance(Shelly and Mike), and of course the sales department(Angel, Pouya, Primo, Special buddy, and those I dont remember names of). Honestly. Even the porters! Every single person that works at Porche Ontario is above and beyond. Management has done an amazing job recruiting and keeping the best! You feel more like a friend or family member to each person you interact with. Rather than a customer. Customer service is top tier. This location and the people within the walls have earned a customer for life. Thank you to all who have showed us love over the last year |

| Summary: Had a scheduled appointment with Jose Rodela for a recall. . Jose went above and beyond my expectations. The moment I arrived to the moment I picked up my detailed and clean car. This is what service should be at all dealers. Porsche should be proud to have such a dedicated employee! Another great experience with Jose at the helm! I will also add that a loaner car was available when we picked up. I have to add that when we were going to pick up and were running a bit late, Jose was willing to stay a bit longer waiting for our arrival. Outstanding employee! |

| Summary: Noticed a nail imbedded in one of my recently installed set of Michelins; fortunately, the Wheel & Tire package came through once again. With the assistance of my Service Advisor, Jose, was able to schedule next day appointment to have the removal/replacement completed. Which was done promptly and without issue. Porsche of Ontario functions as a high-level professional dealership, both services and sales. With Jose as an excellent example of that professionalism. As always, job well done. Much appreciated. |
