| Summary: This dealership and specifically the finance manager, Mike Cardona, have been a pain to deal with. I purchased a Fidelity warranty from Mike who was very responsive. A couple months later when I try to cancel the warranty, Mike suddenly has horrible communication and tells me information thats entirely false. Typical dealership and employee; helpful when they can sell you something but horrible when theres no benefit to them. |

He was also available after hours which is something I do for my clients and appreciated. Adrian and Mike Cardona (in finance) made the process easy and we handled most of it by digital means. From reception on my first call, to salesperson, to sales manager, to general manager, when I get ready to purchase a vehicle, my practice is to interview the dealership that I choose to work with. It is rare to find a dealership with the high quality personnel that I encountered that took the time to answer all of my questions. There is a dealer less than 10 minutes away from my home that did not get my business because they lacked the courtesy and professionalism that Ontario Porsche displayed. This dealer is more about relationships than just the short sided sale and I really appreciate that approach. |

| Summary: We had been shopping for a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Porsche Taycan for several months, working with various dealerships and sales teams throughout California. We narrowed down our choices to three vehicles, one of them was located at Porsche Ontarioabout 450 miles away.
Our inquiry was promptly answered by sales team member Primo Garcia. We explained our situation and the logistics involved in flying in to complete the sale. Primo was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in addressing all of our questions and concerns. He even created an impressive video of the car and walked us through all of its features. The vehicle was placed on hold for uswithout requiring a deposit and with no pressure.
When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the entire Porsche Ontario team, who were both friendly and accommodating. The car was exactly as advertised, was prepped and ready for us. The entire sales process was smooth, transparent, and exceeded our expectations.
Finance Manager Michael Cardona clearly explained the various financing options available. He worked with us to find a plan that met our needs, without any pressure to add unnecessary extras.
This was our first Porsche, and based on our experience, we fully intend to purchase our next one from Porsche Ontario! |
