| Summary: I recently purchased a gently used certified pre-owned 2025 Cayenne Coupe E-Hybrid from Porsche Ontario. It had a lot of sporty options and came with an additional 2 year extended warranty on top of the 4 year base warranty. My sales guy, Sha Peng was very customer-centric and GM Mark Merchant also kindly got involved to get the purchase across the finish line. They were pretty busy so the entire process took at least an hours but the Sha and the rest of the staff were courteous at every opportunity. I am thoroughly satisfied and want to thank them for their kind service. I plan to return when I'm ready for my next Porsche. |

| Summary: I made an appointment to have my 2024 911 serviced for its 10K service. I live in Altadena and driving to Ontario is a challenge at any time of day or night. I arrived at 9:30 (12/19) and was given a courtesy car. I drove back home to continue my workday. I drove back to the dealership at 4:30'ish only to be told that they had not gotten to my car. The reality is, the only reason my car was not serviced is because there was no financial incentive to service my car over cars that needed more profitable work. My service was free of charge as part of my lease. This is clearly an acceptable practice of the dealership under the leadership of Mark Merchant. I have never had such an experience. Especially, what is a premier brand. I simply took my car back without having it serviced. |

| Summary: This place is amazing. They do what they say and did it for the price quoted to me, actually they over delivered and within the time frame and actually below their estimate! They also gave me a beautiful loaner of a 2025 Cayman S! It was showroom detailed and had only 4056 miles. Mark Marchant was great to work with as was David Barron. I didn't get to meet the classic Porsche mechanics but hope to meet them the next time I am having service. I told them, they are, from this point forward, my "go to" Porsche Dealer and I will never return to Porsche Palm Springs. I wish I could give Mark, David and Ontario Porsche 10 stars! Really, don't go anywhere else for sales and service of a Porsche! Seriously across decades of Porsche ownership, this experience has been the best of my life. |
