Summary: I recently purchased a 2026 Porsche 911 GTS from Porsche Ontario, and the experience with Frank Cinco was exceptional. I ordered my GTS so it took a few months to arrive from Germany, and throughout it all Frank was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed. He answered every question and made the process enjoyable. The entire team was welcoming--from the front desk to GM Mark Marchant. I even got a quick tour of the service department and loved seeing the classic Porsches; the mechanics were friendly and happy to chat. Delivery day was smooth and accommodating to my work schedule, and Frank made sure we were fully comfortable with the car before leaving. We live in Pasadena but gladly drove to Ontario because of the hospitality and professionalism. Highly recommend Frank Cinco and Porsche Ontario.

Summary: WOW!! Porsche Ontario!! I would give 10 stars if I could. For context : I've been a long time Porsche enthusiast and blessed to own many cars. After 15 year of living in the LA area, I can tell you unequivocally that Porsches Ontario is run on the sound of client-relationships. The GM - Mark Marchant is a world-class gentleman and cares deeply about relationships / seeing the long view. I recently took delivery of a stunning Taycan CT '26 in a gorgeous spec. Mark and JB ( Classic Sales Manager ) treated me like royalty. Gave me a phenomenal deal, and I brought my 80 year old mother with me whom loves to take delivery of cars with me. They treated her as the Queen of the Dealership. When it came to closing, super fair - on all offerings and just very direct and transparent. As many might know, the LA area is tough to buy Porsches. Mark, JB and Porsche Ontario can teach California, LA and frankly the country how to treat their clients. Mark and JB : thank you! You've earned a life-time client and friend. Summary: I recently purchased a gently used certified pre-owned 2025 Cayenne Coupe E-Hybrid from Porsche Ontario. It had a lot of sporty options and came with an additional 2 year extended warranty on top of the 4 year base warranty. My sales guy, Sha Peng was very customer-centric and GM Mark Merchant also kindly got involved to get the purchase across the finish line. They were pretty busy so the entire process took at least an hours but the Sha and the rest of the staff were courteous at every opportunity. I am thoroughly satisfied and want to thank them for their kind service. I plan to return when I'm ready for my next Porsche.

Summary: I made an appointment to have my 2024 911 serviced for its 10K service. I live in Altadena and driving to Ontario is a challenge at any time of day or night. I arrived at 9:30 (12/19) and was given a courtesy car. I drove back home to continue my workday. I drove back to the dealership at 4:30'ish only to be told that they had not gotten to my car. The reality is, the only reason my car was not serviced is because there was no financial incentive to service my car over cars that needed more profitable work. My service was free of charge as part of my lease. This is clearly an acceptable practice of the dealership under the leadership of Mark Merchant. I have never had such an experience. Especially, what is a premier brand. I simply took my car back without having it serviced.
