| Summary: Delighted to share my dream come true experience. Like many, owing a 911 was a childhood dream of mine. All the variables needed to be arranged finally lined up. After hours and days searching for the right vehicle and trim within a price point, Porsche of Ontario reconditioned a classic favorite of mine, a Manual 996 C4S cabriolet. Having never driven one or even set foot on Porsche dealership grounds, my day came. I inquired on the vehicle for its availability and met the man that in short, made my 1st Porsche experience more than what I imagined. I am very thankful for PRIMO Garcia to have been the one to answer the call. He made me feel at home, he connected me to the vehicle through his knowledge, expertise and introduction into the Porsche experience. Every second was meaningful and embraced. Primo made every moment count, just as thorough as I andmired every 911 that crossed me on the roads since I was a child. Primo made me feel as I was on the red carpet and involved in every step. My 911 is now home in its own garage waiting for the perfect weather to go out and play. A special shoutout to Primo, my sales advisor, and Mark, the general manager they are truly the cornerstone of this achievement. Their professionalism, transparency, and dedication went above and beyond all expectations. Without their guidance and support, this would not have been possible.
Even though I was located across the country, communication was exceptional fast, clear, and always proactive. Every detail was handled with care, making the entire process stress-free and enjoyable.

| Summary: Primo was super patient and kind throughout my buying experience. He listened to which car I was interested in, the options I wanted, and he provided the much desired 'allocation.' Shelly Fisher III, the finance guy was also awesome! They walked me through all the paperwork, and were patient as I preferred my bank for the loan. Shelly literally assisted with my bank sending the requested information for payment. I strongly recommend Porsche Ontario and absolutely recommend Primo Garcia. I would do this purchase from Porsche Ontario and Primo Garcia again in a heartbeat. My Porsche is awesome! There is absolutely nothing like the flat-6 howl of a Porsche. |

| Summary: I called Porsche Ontario to see about the 2024 Porsche Cayenne they advertised and to schedule a test drive. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Primo Garcia who had the vehicle out front and ready to test drive. I made the decision to purchase the Cayenne and after completing the paper work, Primo patiently walked me through the lates PC system and answered all my questions regarding the various newly updated Porsche Cayenne's features. Working with Porsche Ontario and Primo was an easy and positive experience. |
