I just picked up my 2026 Macan from Porsche Ontario, and I have to saythis team consistently sets the bar for what a luxury car-buying experience should be. This is actually my second new Porsche from this location, and theres a reason I keep coming back. From the moment you walk through the doors, every single person you meet is genuinely friendly, helpful, and professional.
A huge shoutout goes to Primo Garcia. He didn't just hand me the keys; he made the entire delivery feel like a celebration. Primo spent a significant amount of time walking me through every single detail of the new car.
Primo and the rest of the staff made me feel like I was their most important customer. It was a seamless, high-touch experience from start to finish. Huge thanks to Primo Garcia and the entire Porsche Ontario team for another wonderful experience. I couldn't be happier with the new ride! |

| Summary: I don't usually review anything, I typically don't put myself out there to review but the service provided by Primo Garcia during our test drive, eventual purchase and car delivery, was above excellent. I never felt rushed or pressured, just well taken care of and the Cayenne exceeded my expectations. Again, I just have to say, Primo went above and beyond during delivery to make the experience truly special. |
