| Summary: Seamless, stress-free, efficient and the most professional car purchase I had ever done! I dealt with so many including top performing dealers in SoCal. Nothing beats Porsche Ontarios service to date and this is a first Porsche purchase! I did not feel harassed with marketing tactics for the first time. Patricks professionalism is top-notch. My most favorite of this purchase were: The intro video of the vehicle details he specifically made and emailed after I inquired, and the finance management communication!

From reception on my first call, to salesperson, to sales manager, to general manager, when I get ready to purchase a vehicle, my practice is to interview the dealership that I choose to work with. It is rare to find a dealership with the high quality personnel that I encountered that took the time to answer all of my questions. There is a dealer less than 10 minutes away from my home that did not get my business because they lacked the courtesy and professionalism that Ontario Porsche displayed. This dealer is more about relationships than just the short sided sale and I really appreciate that approach. |
