| Summary: We were looking to purchase a used car from Porsche and were treated with class, knowledge, and attention. First, Frank kindly helped us with finding out Information over the phone which was key to our decision since we were from out of town. Upon arrival to the location, Patrick P helped us every step of the way. He treated us as serious customers and helped the buying process feel much less stressful and easy. It was a long day to process the purchase, but Patrick was very attentive and kind, keeping us updated on next steps and easing the anxious waiting to get the keys to our new car. Pouya was also instrumental in our decision and helped us to feel more excited and comfortable about the new type of car we were purchasing. Overall, the team at Porsche was incredible, and you can tell they really do care about their customers and making the experience great, purchase or not! |

The whole experience was stress free and we couldnt be more thrilled with the outstanding service he provided throughout our entire purchasing journey. From the moment we stepped into the dealership, we were welcomed by Patrick who is super nice, friendly, polite, patience, professional and knowledgeable!
Patricks attentiveness was extraordinary. We were very indecisive between the models, we wanted to know how many luggage would fit into the Cayennes trunk and here comes Patrick! who is wonderfully accommodating, looking for the objects in the dealership and see what would fit in the trunk! We had a delightful afternoon with him. At the same time, his extensive knowledge about Porsche and its vehicles allowed him to provide in-depth information about the model's features and functionalities. He thoroughly addressed all our questions and concerns, ensuring we had all the necessary information. We never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision, which was refreshing. Patrick's friendly and relatable demeanor made the overall experience incredibly fun and pleasant.

| Summary: This is my second Car Purchase from Porsche Ontario with Patrick Posey, He is not your typical salesman, he is no pushy, he'll just explain to you and answers all the question about the car, We even exchanging text messages even beyond working hours, even on his day off.He even gave a discount on the MSRP whereas other dealership are asking for mark up. I can text him any day and time for car related questions, A very reliable customer service, which as a customer you want all your question to be answered in a timely manner. Thus If I knew somebody who are looking for a reliable car I will not hesitate to recommend Patrick Posey to assist you finding your new car. |
