Pouya goes way beyond his managerial role - he spent real time understanding what I needed and found deals I didn't think were possible.
Jose is outstanding - incredibly knowledgeable, picks up on exactly what you're looking for, and actually follows through. He made sure my car was reserved and handled everything seamlessly.
Shelly makes the finance process painless, which is saying something.
This team has helped me get multiple dream cars at prices that still shock me. Absolutely recommend Porsche Ontario. |

From reception on my first call, to salesperson, to sales manager, to general manager, when I get ready to purchase a vehicle, my practice is to interview the dealership that I choose to work with. It is rare to find a dealership with the high quality personnel that I encountered that took the time to answer all of my questions. There is a dealer less than 10 minutes away from my home that did not get my business because they lacked the courtesy and professionalism that Ontario Porsche displayed. This dealer is more about relationships than just the short sided sale and I really appreciate that approach. |

Darrin the sales person was very helpful in sending me videos of the car.. I did wind up purchasing a car in Arizona only because I live here. However, they were still there to help me with questions I had about my car. I know that if I needed Service and I was in the area, I would definitely give them a call. I give this dealership five stars for Customer Service and trustworthiness.!! They are there to help.. |

Their inventory is massiveby far the largest we saw among SoCal Porsche dealers. My fiance and I just purchased our first Porsche, a Certified Pre-Owned Taycan 4S, and its absolutely blowing us away!
From the moment we walked in, the teamPouya, Jose, and Mikemade us feel taken care of. We looked at a few cars, but as soon as we saw the one, we knew it was ours. They even beat the financing rate we had secured from a credit union, which was a huge bonus. On top of that, trading in my old vehicle was seamless and gave us extra purchasing power.
Could not recommend this dealership enough. Thank you to the entire team for such excellent customer service and for making this milestone so memorable! |
