Danny was professional, honest, and genuinely focused on helping me find exactly what I wanted. He walked me through every detail without any pressure and worked hard to secure a sweet deal that beat every other offer Id seen.
A special shoutout to Pouya, his manager, who stepped in to make the whole process even smoother. You can tell he runs a solid teamtransparent, efficient, and truly customer-focused. Together, they made the entire experience surprisingly easy and enjoyable.

Every time we visit Porsche Ontario we are treated with the utmost respect and appreciation. From the service department (Jose and everyone else), concierge desk, boutique, finance(Shelly and Mike), and of course the sales department(Angel, Pouya, Primo, Special buddy, and those I dont remember names of). Honestly. Even the porters! Every single person that works at Porche Ontario is above and beyond. Management has done an amazing job recruiting and keeping the best! You feel more like a friend or family member to each person you interact with. Rather than a customer. Customer service is top tier. This location and the people within the walls have earned a customer for life. Thank you to all who have showed us love over the last year |

Pouya goes way beyond his managerial role - he spent real time understanding what I needed and found deals I didn't think were possible.
Jose is outstanding - incredibly knowledgeable, picks up on exactly what you're looking for, and actually follows through. He made sure my car was reserved and handled everything seamlessly.
Shelly makes the finance process painless, which is saying something.

From reception on my first call, to salesperson, to sales manager, to general manager, when I get ready to purchase a vehicle, my practice is to interview the dealership that I choose to work with. It is rare to find a dealership with the high quality personnel that I encountered that took the time to answer all of my questions. There is a dealer less than 10 minutes away from my home that did not get my business because they lacked the courtesy and professionalism that Ontario Porsche displayed. This dealer is more about relationships than just the short sided sale and I really appreciate that approach. |

| Summary: I was looking for a Porsche Panamera, the sales manager at Porsche Ontario Mr. Pouya Tavallodi was extremely helpful & very patient with me.. Darrin the sales person was very helpful in sending me videos of the car.. I did wind up purchasing a car in Arizona only because I live here. However, they were still there to help me with questions I had about my car. I know that if I needed Service and I was in the area, I would definitely give them a call. I give this dealership five stars for Customer Service and trustworthiness.!! They are there to help.. |
