| Summary: It is there's no surprise to me that I came to Yelp to leave a review for Ontario Porsche and then there are hundreds of others who clearly feel the same way I do!!!! I started my search for a new lease about a week ago.... for me, it was between a Range Rover sport and a Porsche Cayenne. I had sent out emails to about seven different Land Rover dealerships and about eight different Porsche dealerships. Within a couple hours the very first person I heard back from from Porsche was the Manager Pouya Tavllodi. From his first email response, which was very forthcoming, I could tell he wasn't the type to play games... He was just a straight shooter and based on his response to me through email, it made me want to talk to him. From the minute I got on the phone with him I could tell he was a genuine, kind and caring person, Aunt straight up and someone I would want to work with and do business with. Over the course of the next week I probably spoke to 15 different dealerships and not one even came close to the vibe that I felt when working with Pouya. I made it out to Ontario last night and as I was driving out there, I was still considering some other options... I had gotten a pretty good price from one Land Rover dealership... and I was still not sure if I was going to love the Cayenne since I had never driven one and I hadn't seen the car I was considering in person. For context, I've had Range Rover's for the past 16 years... and the past five leases I had, had been Range Rover's. Prior to that I had had a Porsche 911. So you could say I was pretty loyal to the Land Rover brand. From the minute, I walked in the dealership Pouya walked right up to me he knew who I was. He saw me drive in. He gave me a big hello and we went to his office and he immediately said let's let you drive the car and he connected me with Carlos who took me for a test drive, and I knew immediately when my heart went pitter patter that I really wanted this car. Then I went to have the conversation w Pouya to make a deal... I knew that he was being reasonable and fair about pricing because we had already come to some rough numbers on a car that was a little less expensive... I'm not going to share the exact deal I got, but let's just say that it was very competitive and reasonable and other dealerships were not even in the ballpark.... and I did not get the warm fuzzies with other dealerships. I was working with. I did not feel important. I did not feel special. I did not feel like they really cared. I was just a number to them. I am the type that wants to do business with people that showed me that they really care and they really want my business and they're going to fight for me. And the entire team at Ontario Porsche did just that. They helped me get into the Cayenne of my dreams... And I was treated like a princess for the next four hours that I was there and I know people may say well why were you there four hours..... well I literally got the Porsche VIP treatment. I don't want to get into specifics, but they showered me with so many wonderful perks and just did some incredible things that went far above and beyond what I've experienced with any other car dealership in my life! I will share a few... For one I drove over an hour to the dealership coming from Ladera Ranch, and I was trying to figure out how I would get the car because I had driven my own car to the dealership and Pouya said Carlos would drive the car back and they would just get him an Uber home!! I was literally in tears. I was so shocked at that offer... Further, they were offering me wine and even washed my Range Rover for me! And in addition, gave me a certificate to the Porsche shop, which was really appreciated and I got to bring home a T-shirt for my husband and a really cool mug and a new keychain!! it was amazing also to meet the rest of the team....Dan the second manager and I really bonded over a really interesting story. He is the salt of the Earth and I was thrilled to meet him. I get to know him and Kyle and financing as incredible and just a really great person... Everybody from this dealership is top-notch... Really really really good people and just the best... I am going to be a customer for life and I cannot wait to flip this lease into a 911!!! Thank you again Porsche Ontario Team |

I purchased my vehicle from out of the state of California, and this dealership was outstanding from the very first phone call. Everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with complete transparency.
Carlos Raez is an exceptional salesman, and I cant say enough good things about him. He went above and beyond to make sure there were absolutely no surprises when purchasing my vehicle online. Carlos even made a personal video of the car and sent over the Carfax promptly. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and took the time to answer every question thoroughly. When my cousin arrived at the dealership on my behalf, Carlos was patient, respectful, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Kyle Issa in finance was just as impressive. He explained everything clearly, was very organized, and made the paperwork process quick and easyeven from out of state.
Pouya Tavallodi, the Sales Manager, runs a top-tier operation. You can tell customer satisfaction is a priority here, and it shows through the entire team.
Buying a vehicle out of state can be stressful, but this dealership exceeded my expectations in every way. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, professional, and seamless car-buying experience. |

Not only was the process easy and supportive of my goals, he worked with my end goal to get me in my dream vehicle same day! It was the best early birthday present I could ever imagine - Darrin and Finance Manager Pouya made it extra special with their warm communication and thoughtfulness. I appreciate their willingness to educate and inform the whole process to me especially as a first timer. Highly recommend this team and dealership! |

The facility is immaculate and their showroom full of supercars and classics on display kept us busy while the paperwork was being completed. Every time we visit Porsche Ontario we are treated with the utmost respect and appreciation. From the service department (Jose and everyone else), concierge desk, boutique, finance(Shelly and Mike), and of course the sales department(Angel, Pouya, Primo, Special buddy, and those I dont remember names of). Honestly. Even the porters! Every single person that works at Porche Ontario is above and beyond. Management has done an amazing job recruiting and keeping the best! You feel more like a friend or family member to each person you interact with. Rather than a customer. Customer service is top tier. This location and the people within the walls have earned a customer for life. Thank you to all who have showed us love over the last year |
