| Summary: Clearly a superior establishment. From the moment I stepped into the showroom and was greeted by the General Manager I knew I had found my happy place.
I am a 40+ year Porsche fan recently transplanted from the East Coast. However, no matter how determined I was - I had zero success establishing a relationship with the Porsche dealerships near San Diego. Fortunately while partaking in a happy hour gathering, I met a number of Porsche enthusiasts. During our conversation I expressed my disappointment with the local San Diego dealerships. They all agreed with my assessment and shared their individual stellar experiences with the Porsche Ontario dealership and the General Manager Mark Marchant.
The dealership is clean and inviting. Mural size photos of the latest available Porsche models are integrated into setting with bygone era aircraft adorn the showrooms.
My sale representative, Jonathan Beitz (JB) worked his magic ensuring my next Porsche arrived on my timeline. He generously shared his insights based on over 30+ years experience with Porsche. This resulted in saving thousands on upgrades I would not have benefited from based on my driving style. Bottom line he got to know me - establishing the kind of professional relationship I was seeking with a dealership.
The finance department was a breeze to work with. Shelly Fisher III was a true gentleman who quickly walked me through the necessary paperwork - allowing me to quickly take possession of my 2025 Cayenne S.
Additionally, I found out Ontario was excited to restart their European delivery program after the long hiatus that Covid caused. I was thrilled to hear the news as I wished to arrange a factory delivery in September 2025 of a 911 Targa 4 GTS.
In summary, this exceptional team of professionals exceeded my demanding expectations. |

Sha is very knowledgeable and spend a decent time to explain all the function of my Taycan. The finance manager Shelly had provided excellent services too. Shelly explained clearly throughout the purchase process. Overall, Porsche Ontario team provided definite 5 stars service and for sure I will come back for services and for my future cars. |

| Summary: I inquired about a 911 listed online, immediately heard back from the GM (Mark Marchant) actually. Scheduled a test drive, thought I liked another car better, went and saw that one at another dealer and the vibe was not good, the car was dirty and not prepared for sale. I walked away and came back to Porsche Ontario, the GM asked me to make an offer as I was purchasing a CPO, and they accepted. The communication was always timely and professional. Thank you to Tallal Moshrif who assisted the purchasing process and stuck with me to explain and show all details of the car! This is a dream car for me! |

I purchased a Taycan 4S from Ontario Porsche this weekend. Awesome experience! Jamie Perez was my customer ambassador throughout the process. Knowledgeable, easy to work with. No nonsense, practical guy. Fair with pricing, and was quick to come up with options to help me feel comfortable with the deal. Whole process was fun, easy, and pleasant. I would also like to give shout out to Shelly Fisher, the finance ambassador. Sitting in a room signing papers and cutting a check is usually my least favorite part of the car buying process. Not this time. Shelly was simply an interesting guy, and fun to talk to. He made the purchase process easy. We wrapped things up inside of 15-20 minutes.
