From going through the track my dream process, to updates, to coming in and buying the car, Primo was outstanding in terms of service. | Summary: I want to thank salesman Carlos Raez and finance manager Shelly Fisher III for a great experience picking up my new Taycan GTS. Carlos was highly professional and patient with me. I had not anticipated stepping up from my Taycan 4S this soon as I was expecting to trade up 2-3 years from now, but with looming tariffs there was a reasonable probability that the Taycan GTS would be out of my price range by then. So I pulled the trigger and wow, this is the most beautiful, fastest car I have ever driven. Thanks to the great folks at Porsche Ontario for helping to make this happen! |

| Summary: Our experience with Primo Garcia was a pleasure. Buying a Porsche can be overwhelming with the choices, value for price as well as personal taste and needs. Primo was patient, explaining in understandable details as well as being knowledgable of the Porsche (as he had many years of experience). After making our choice, we were handed over to Shelly Fisher III, to finalize the paperwork and payment. He throughly went over all aspects of the deal we made as well as options offered by Porsche. Also with years of experience, he gave us frank answers to questions about need, value and risk. Behind all of the paperwork, Shelly was a wonder person to engage with.
Our purchase experience at Porsche Ontario was as good as it gets. Thank you. |

| Summary: I leased my Panamera 4S from them 3 years ago and the experience was amazing. Now I decided to purchase the vehicle, Primo and Frank again made everything go so easily. Always friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Shelly also made signing all that paperwork a breeze. Jose in the service department is also a great help. |

I told him what I want and he worked with his manager to get it right away. Finance Manager, Shelly was great as well. Very thorough and explain all the paper work in great detail.
