Every time we visit Porsche Ontario we are treated with the utmost respect and appreciation. From the service department (Jose and everyone else), concierge desk, boutique, finance(Shelly and Mike), and of course the sales department(Angel, Pouya, Primo, Special buddy, and those I dont remember names of). Honestly. Even the porters! Every single person that works at Porche Ontario is above and beyond. Management has done an amazing job recruiting and keeping the best! You feel more like a friend or family member to each person you interact with. Rather than a customer. Customer service is top tier. This location and the people within the walls have earned a customer for life. Thank you to all who have showed us love over the last year |

| Summary: I had a wonderful time during my test drive with Shelly Fisher. He was an outstanding brand ambassador: enthusiastic, professional, and genuinely passionate about the cars he represents. You can feel his energy and pride when he introduces a vehicle, and it makes the whole experience more memorable. He was welcoming, patient, and incredibly kind throughout the visit.
I also want to highlight how exceptional he was with my case for the CPO 2024 Carrera S. The morning after I asked about the car’s availability on CarGurus, he personally sent me a detailed video walk-around of the vehicle. No other dealer or brand ambassador I’ve spoken with has ever done that for me. That level of initiative and care made a huge difference and showed how committed he is to helping customers. |

| Summary: Primo was super patient and kind throughout my buying experience. He listened to which car I was interested in, the options I wanted, and he provided the much desired 'allocation.' Shelly Fisher III, the finance guy was also awesome! They walked me through all the paperwork, and were patient as I preferred my bank for the loan. Shelly literally assisted with my bank sending the requested information for payment. I strongly recommend Porsche Ontario and absolutely recommend Primo Garcia. I would do this purchase from Porsche Ontario and Primo Garcia again in a heartbeat. My Porsche is awesome! There is absolutely nothing like the flat-6 howl of a Porsche. |

Pouya goes way beyond his managerial role - he spent real time understanding what I needed and found deals I didn't think were possible.
Jose is outstanding - incredibly knowledgeable, picks up on exactly what you're looking for, and actually follows through. He made sure my car was reserved and handled everything seamlessly.
Shelly makes the finance process painless, which is saying something.
