| Summary: When we first arrived on the lot and were looking around, Pat came out and met us. After briefly talking with him, he took us in to meet a salesperson. That salesperson turned out to be Stacy McNeely. He could not have chosen anyone that matched with us any better! Stacy was wonderful, very personable and easy to work with. She understood exactly the items that were important to me and followed through with each of those points. Stacy knew the vehicle extremely well and was very patient in explaining the features to me. I highly recommend Stacy McNeely and this dealership to future potential buyers! |

Whether it is random glitches, routine maintenance or aftermarket parts I have always gone to Courtney to make things happen. 100% the best service advisor Ive ever encountered. I had a truck that wouldnt start and it was at a Dodge dealer on the opposite side of the country for four weeks. They said they fixed it so I paid and it still wouldnt start. I brought it across the country to Courtney and she got it taken care of in two days. I tend to bring unique problems and never once since she batted an eye and said no. Truly, someone who knows the meaning of mission accomplishment. I wont take my car anywhere else. When I have questions in the middle of service, she is always more than happy to answer them. If there were more service advisors like her less people would hate dealerships. Its that simple |
