| Summary: I just want to say how glad I am we went to look at trucks at Chattanooga Crown. Friendly, low pressure, and SO MUCH MORE knowledge on the truck we need to tow a trailer. Blake did his very best to show us everything he had and Trevor was an incredible resource of knowledge. Not only did we get a great truck for towing, we were given a very fair number for our trade in vehicle. I will definitely be a Chattanooga Crown customer for life. |

| Summary: When we first arrived on the lot and were looking around, Pat came out and met us. After briefly talking with him, he took us in to meet a salesperson. That salesperson turned out to be Stacy McNeely. He could not have chosen anyone that matched with us any better! Stacy was wonderful, very personable and easy to work with. She understood exactly the items that were important to me and followed through with each of those points. Stacy knew the vehicle extremely well and was very patient in explaining the features to me. I highly recommend Stacy McNeely and this dealership to future potential buyers! |
