I don't always get my way (no one does, or we would all be driving free cars guaranteed for life ) but man does service try to make it happen anyhow. | Summary: I brought my jeep wrangler into Crown because it had a miss, I was pretty confident that it was the coil packs. Normally my husband would change out; however, he didn't have time to deal with because he had a couple of pieces of heavy equipment that he was working on. Crowns mechanic reported that my spark plugs where cross threaded, that my husband just replaced, scoring was found inside my cylinders, I needed a new wiring harness for the coil packs and new coil packs also, if they were unable to remove spark plugs I might also need a new cylinder head. Adding up to $8-10k repair bill. I am happy to report to Crown that I replaced my coil packs for $100 for all 4, new spark plugs that were removed without any difficulty, I am still getting 10k Miles on a quart of oil, no engine blow by, no check engine light, and since my visit I have put on 64,000 miles, total 240k miles. I had intended on purchasing a new vehicle from you, be assured that wont happen. Very disappointed in their business practices!!
** Lets hope that the new Grand Wagoneer lasts this long. |

He gave me info on multiple vehicles, some of which were located at the other two Crown dealerships. We ended up purchasing a Honda CRV from Crown Subaru. I appreciate all the time he took speaking with me and helped us find a great car for our daughter. |
