| Summary: We had a death in the family and needed to make an emergency long distance trip. My car needed an oil change. When I called Crown, I was told the next appointment was a week away, but they would try to work me in if I came to the service department. When I arrived, Ryan Cleghorn took me under his wing. My car was taken right in. I got my oil change, tires rotated and he assured me that my car was trip ready. I felt extremely fortunate to have Ryan Cleghorn as my service advisor and will ask for him the next time I need my car serviced! |

| Summary: Excellent Service which is unusual in todays time. Everyone that I came in contact with at this dealership were extremely glad to see me. I went in knowing what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay. Not the usual car sales pitch with the back and forth negotiations. Francisco Gallardo Listened to my requests and the transaction was very smooth. I would recommend Francisco to any one looking for an automobile. He will take all the necessary precautions to make it the best car buying experience or you.
