| Summary: I can honestly tell you I have bought quite a few cars in my lifetime. This was the easiest experience ever.
I knew in my head what my car was worth on line. I did not have to negotiate or ask. The sales guy came to me with above value for my trade in. Sales man Frank Gallaro and manager Trevor were amazing!!!!
Everyone that I came in contact was so courteous and helpful.
By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I will recommend this dealership to everyone!!! |

| Summary: Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Chattanooga used the wrong differential fluid while doing a warranty repair with my extended warranty (CNA) on my 2022 Ram 1500 Laramie. The rear end failed after a few hundred miles. The extended warranty company (CNA) will not cover the failed part because the dealership used the wrong fluid which voided the warranty on the replacement end. Now I have a $65,000 truck with a new rear end that whines, because of the dealership installing it with the wrong fluid it required. |

| Summary: Simple process. Took my car in for oil change and rotation, the tech found an additional issue with my car while there. They checked with my warranty and verified all covered and kept things rolling. My advisor was Jennifer Duvall and she did an awesome job. My go to advisor anytime I take my challenger there. This will be my fourth Mopar and Ill probably still be driving one when Im in my 80s lol. (Im 40 now) Great work Jennifer! |
