| Summary: I honestly cant believe how badly this service department handled what should have been the simplest job imaginable. I brought my new Jeep Wrangler in for a basic tire rotation/oil change that was covered under the warranty. Somehow, they managed to cross-thread every single wheel stud and lug nut on the vehicle.
I didnt discover the damage until later when I got a nail in one of the tires. What should have been a quick, $40 repair turned into a complete nightmare. Because of the cross-threaded lug nuts, we couldnt even remove the wheel to put on the spare. We were stranded and had to call a tow truck.
It gets worse. During the tow, because the wheel couldnt be properly secured or handled due to the damage, the tire ended up getting completely shredded while loading the Jeep. So now, instead of a minor fix, were dealing with a massive billnew tires, towing costs, and extensive repairstotaling around $1,000.
The service department only agreed to cover the cost of the wheel studs. No accountability for the chain reaction their mistake caused, no effort to make things right beyond the bare minimum.
This level of incompetence is unacceptable. A tire rotation is one of the most basic services a shop can perform, and they completely botched it in the worst way possible. I wouldnt trust them with anythinghonestly, not even a simple oil change, warranty or not. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and go somewhere else. |

Not only was I able to find a great vehicle, but Jonah and the team made the experience enjoyable and I left here knowing Ill be saving some money and enjoying a new ride. |

| Summary: They sold me a car with lots of issues and they promised before I paid $12000 cash down, that they did a full inspection and everything in the car is running fine. It started with having to change the battery, after investing what was wrong with the electrical. Now it is the gasket filter and cover... . Who knows what's next? They have no integrity. Please do a full inspection of everything in the car yourself or don't buy it unless it is factory brand new. Their warranty does not cover all the things. To them, as long as the engine runs and the car moves the car is marked at checked and in good condition.... . |
