| Summary: My wife and I had a really great experience dealing with Jacob Fugate and his mentee, Corbin while trading in our RAM Promaster for a used vehicle. They understood the value of our trade in, as every bit of maintenance had been performed at their dealership. Nobody tried to talk us in circles or manipulate us in any way. It was really refreshing, actually. Car shopping can be low-key cringe these days. But this was all really straightforward with no xx. These guys are professionals and theyll treat you like an adult. We wanted to get straight to business and talk numbers and get everything done quickly and efficiently. They picked up on that and followed our lead. Maintenance on the promaster was always exceptional, too. I cant recommend these guys enough! |

| Summary: I've never experienced such terrible customer service in my entire life. Not only did they not call me and talk me through what was going on with my car, but they literally IGNORED me and REFUSED to return my calls for nearly 7 BUSINESS DAYS! Then when I finally did hear back from the manager, I wasnt met with an ounce of respect or understanding and/or empathy.The service tech Jenniffer and the service dept manager Jerry most specifically. Mind you this is the only car me and my 8 year old son have. I wouldn't recommend this "business" to my very worst enemy! |
