Worst service experience we've ever had - including miss-quoted timelines, no loaner vehicles, lack of communication, and overall poor customer service from Courtney and the Service Manager. We would consider getting a new Wagoneer if it weren't for having to work with this dealership's service department - that alone is reason to take our money to Lexus. Don't spend 6-figures with this dealer on a vehicle, the experience doesn't match the price tag. |

| Summary: Absolutely 1st Class Professional dealership. I was greeted by the Sales Manager, we spoke about what I was interested in and I was then introduced to my salesman, Talon Dillard. What a fine young man! He showed me the Jeep I was interested in, I asked them for their best price, I countered and the deal was done. No stress at all just professional service throughout the entire sales process. I highly recommend Crown if you are interested in what the sell and go see Talon! |
