| Summary: Drove to Knoxville to see and test drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. Nistor met us as soon as we started for the building after parking, greeting us warmly. From that moment he was friendly and helpful. We sat in the test drive car for several minutes as he explained many of the features, particularly those our 2016 Grand Cherokee lacked. He thorougly answered all our questions until we were ready to drive the car. At no point did he pressure us to buy the car, but he did make it easy to buy. After Conner, the sales manager increased the trade-in allowance to exceed the price CarMax offered us, we had a deal we could not refuse. I cannot recommend the the dealership, Conner, or Nistor (especially Nistor) more to anyone considering a Chrysler, Dodge, Ram, or Jeep (especially Jeep). |

| Summary: I took my jeep gladiator in to replace the shocks. My appointment was at 8 a.m. and was told it would take two hours. At approximately 10:30 I was told the shocks that was order were box wrong. Jason Floyd inform me of the situation and it was handled. I appreciate Jason Floyd being up front with me. It was not the dealership fault that the shocks were boxed wrong. I appreciate the way I was treated. I will use Crown Service again. |
