| Summary: Just wanted to share my experience. I have an older Jeep wrangler that had a recall that needed to be completed. I called and spoke with Courtney one of the service advisors, she was quick to answer any questions I had and got my vehicle scheduled for service as soon as the parts were available. Once my vehicle was checked in I got a text to keep me informed on my vehicles progress/completion. I was able to get my jeep back the very next day! Thank you Courtney for your help and professionalism!

| Summary: Crown Dodge Jeep Chattanooga has now had my 2024 Jeep Gladiator with 17k miles for two weeks.
This is the message today from Jeep Customer Care: Hi, this is Athena with Jeep Customer Care, following up regarding your case. So the dealership received an alternator, but when they opened the box, it was cracked. So they have to reorder another one. Um, I'm gonna follow up either tomorrow or Monday, typically when they have, when they order a part, um, it takes 24 hours to generate. So I'm gonna follow up tomorrow or Monday, as soon as I get part information and an ETA, I will follow up with you then. If you have any questions for me in the meantime..
This is the poorest customer experience I have ever encountered with a new care.

Hi, it's Athena with Jeep Customer Care. I'm returning your call and following up with more information. So the dealership did order the part. Um. It is currently on back order. I have got the part information and submitted that to our parts team. Currently, there is no definite ETA, um but the order has been upgraded to the highest priority. I'm gonna get updates every 5 to 6 business days and follow up with you then, if you have any questions for me at all, give me a call back, |

Talon Dillard was absolutely amazing from the time my husband and I initially drove onto the lot until the sale of our new vehicle was finalized. Talon was very thorough and explained everything from the exterior of the vehicle to the interior. I have never had a sales consultant personally walk me through everything a vehicle came equipped with. We had a couple of road blocks and Talon Dillard, Patrick Horton and Kenny Reagan were nothing short of patient and understanding. These guys will make sure theyre giving you the absolute best deal possible and will do anything to make sure you get what you want and drive away happy.
