| Summary: This is the second time I've needed to serve my vehicle. The first was less than 24 hours after purchasing it. Yes it was used but was also certified the part was 3500 and thank goodness I purchased the warranty although after much back and forth between the dealership and the warranty company the dealership paid for the repair. After many calls and days without a vehicle I just purchased I finally got it back. Fast forward to today...called for an appointment to replace a sensor. Dropped it off last night leaving the keys with an employee who assured they would take care of it. Got a call at almost noon appointment was at ten, to ask why my keys were there. At that point I was told to fill out an agreement for diagnostic with a charge of 209. And that it's going to 24-48 hours to diagnose. When we called to make the appointment they told us we could wait for the repair and my husband even called to ensure the part that is missing was in fact onsite. I called back at 2 after I spoke with my husband for them to proceed with the repair and my call was returned at almost 6 and the form was emailed and returned. So even though we had an appointment it was already diagnosed (from a mechanic who directed us to a dealership) and dropped it off prior to the appointment time nothing has been done with the vehicle today. Picking up my vehicle will be the last time I set foot in that place. Unfortunately for them I'm currently looking to purchase another vehicle.
Update...so I had the sensor replaced and the oil changed....for a grand total of...wait for it....898.00. Found the sensor online for like 30 bucks. If you take your car here for repairs you may want to lube your arsehole first. The bottom numbers were there services I declined. |

| Summary: The whole experience was awesome. The salesman (Trevor) really pulled through by showing me all of the features. That ultimately was what sold me on the truck. Trevor said he had the perfect vehicle for me after asking me what I was looking for and he was nearly spot on! |
