| Summary: I highly recommend Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Chattanooga! Talon Dillard was absolutely amazing from the time my husband and I initially drove onto the lot until the sale of our new vehicle was finalized. Talon was very thorough and explained everything from the exterior of the vehicle to the interior. I have never had a sales consultant personally walk me through everything a vehicle came equipped with. We had a couple of road blocks and Talon Dillard, Patrick Horton and Kenny Reagan were nothing short of patient and understanding. These guys will make sure theyre giving you the absolute best deal possible and will do anything to make sure you get what you want and drive away happy. Talon Dillard was absolutely amazing from the time my husband and I initially drove onto the lot until the sale of our new vehicle was finalized. | Summary: I bought a 26' Ram from these people in January. I was issued a temporary tag for the vehicle. Two months later I went back there to get another tempirary tag because I had not received my new plate and the temp tag I was issued had expired. It's been an additional month now and I have yet to receive a new plate!! I just called them. You can't get in touch with anyone. You leave messages and no one returns the call. Do yourself a favor if you are thinking of purchasing a vehicle from this dealer. DON'T! I don't know what I am going to do. I have contacted Bradley County and they told me it is out of their hands, it is up to the dealership to make this right! I guess I can just keep going back to the dealership every 2 months to get a new temp tag, but how inconvenient and totally stupid is that. This is why they get a rating of 1 from me. If you want this hassle then go ahead, but a vehicle from them. |
