| Summary: I had a very good experience getting new tires for my vehicle. Courtney Worley was exceptional . She knew what tires I needed immediately and no run arounds. Service was complete the same morning I dropped my vehicle off. I had no appointment but she fit my vehicle in. It was a pleasant experience using Crowns service department for the first time. |

| Summary: First, the communication from the Service Department is poor to say the least. I did not receive one phone call from my Service Advisor nor was I given any real information or updates. I had to continuously call the website telephone number and ask for information via LIVE chat. My vehicle stayed at the service department for over 30 days and nothing was done to my vehicle. For over 30 days, I had to commute back and forth to work through Uber. I tend to keep my personal opinion to myself when it comes to services due to my understanding of everyday people. Yet I felt that the representation of Crown of Chattanooga is deeply flawed and unprofessional. I was looking into purchasing a brand new 2500 Ram but after the experience I had with my Jeep, I decided that I would look elsewhere for a reliable truck. |
