| Summary: Very disorganized operation- drove 1.5 hrs for a car they had sold the day before, even with an appointment reminder text and call the morning of our appointment. Salesperson didnt remember we were coming, what car we were seeing and then informed us the car wasnt there and that we should have received a courtesy call. Well that never happened and were told sorry and turned away. The car ended up being at their sister location that we discovered on our own after we left. We bought it from Audi Ontario, and they were fantastic. |

| Summary: This was my first time coming to Walters Audi for a recall and window issues on my 2024 Q8 e-tron Sportback, and I had a genuinely great experience. Peter Younes was professional, straightforward, and easy to work with! Everything was clearly explained and handled efficiently. Mario Sanchez completed the recall and service update, performed a full multi-point inspection, checked the brakes and tires, adjusted tire pressures, and reset all four windows. A software update was also done, and I immediately noticed the difference. The vehicle feels smoother and the screen is more responsive. A lot of care went into a simple service. Everything was documented clearly, and the car was returned in excellent condition (they included a car wash). Thank you to Peter, Mario, and the entire service team for making my first visit such a positive one. I truly appreciate the quality of work. I know I picked the right dealership to help take care of my car. |
