| Summary: We just bought a used Audi from this dealership, they were quick and responsive from the very start. We were searching online and sent some messages in the middle of the night expecting to hear from someone in the morning, we got replies after midnight and set up an appointment for the next day, went in, met with Blake who was very helpful and friendly. He showed us a couple cars including the one we had seen on line, explained details about the car's features, and made the sale! We drove away in our new (used) car in a few hours! |

For potential customers: Do you want to deal with a business that's more interested in defending itself when John could have called me and said, "Oh dear, we are so sorry. Tell me what happened so we can make sure it doesn't hurt future customers." I knew exactly the car I wanted and would buy it cash through Costco, even over the phone. All the salesman had to do was find me the car. A no-brainer, zero effort, quick sale for them. Instead, after a few emails to the salesman, I heard nothing more. In the meantime, I was getting spammed with daily emails and texts from Mia suggesting cars I had no interest in buying and she kept begging me to "come in for a test drive". I'm wondering if she was an AI bot as the emails were so non-specific. So I bought my Audi from a dealership actually interested in selling me a car. |

| Summary: Bizarre dealership. They had a guaranteed sale; all they had to do was find the car I wanted and I'd buy it immediately, over the phone through Costco, cash. Easiest. Sale. Ever. But they ghosted me! In the meantime, I was absolutely spammed with emails, phone calls, and texts from Mia, suggesting used cars I could buy, models that I didn't want, all in colors I hated. They were so busy giving me useless, "helpful" customer service they forgot to sell me a car. So I took my business elsewhere and am now enjoying my new Audi. Riverside Audi did not deserve my business. |
