| Summary: Absolutely terrible experience from Blake Lewis and his supervisor in sales. I was negotiating via email, text and finally via telephone. They basically wanted me to pay for a vehicle at a higher price than advertised because of their LoJack system, which they add to all their vehicles for inventory and theft deterring purposes. They want almost $2,000.00 for this system which is only explained at the very bottom of their disclosures and they refuse to remove it to lower costs. I was going to pay for the vehicle cash, but since they were extremely condescending and basically they were just short of stating they did not want my business (maybe my last name is too hispanic, who knows). Anywho, the last statement was "you don't have to buy it", I thanked them and disconnected. When someone shows you who they are, please believe them. Your money is worth the same everywhere, go where they appreciate your business, especially if you are a POC. Enough said, this type of behavior is getting exhausting for some of us. |

| Summary: I worked with Josh, and he was a wonderful salesman. Actually, everyone I worked at this dealership with for my latest car purchase was wonderful. This has to have been the easiest dealership experience I have ever had, and the communication throughout was flawless. I will definitely return in the future, and even though the dealership is out of my way, I will be bringing the car back for servicing in the future. I could not be happier with how this process wind or how accommodating everyone was. |
