| Summary: I had an amazing experience working with Mitch, the car salesman at this Dealership. Mitch was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about car deals. He understood exactly what we were looking for in a car and was extremely flexible throughout the process.
Not only was Mitch well - versed in the details of different cars, but he was also super friendly and attentive. He patiently answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable during our entire car - buying journey.

He's always honest and upfront about the repairs my car needs, and he never tries to sell me on unnecessary work. He's also very knowledgeable and skilled, and he always gets the job done right.
I've taken my EV to Walter's Audi for a variety of service and maintenance needs. Peter has always done a great job, and my car has always been running smoothly and in a pristine manner.d
In addition to being a great technician, Peter is also a very friendly and personable guy. He always takes the time to explain the repairs to me in detail, and he's always happy to answer any questions I have.

| Summary: Car was fine ALL year for 2025, first week of 2026 take it in for a recall which I hugely regret and was hesitant to do so. Took 8 hrs for a software update which I called several dealers before hand and said it takes less than 5. Upon getting my car back it wasn't how I dropped it off some person took it upon themselves to decide how the functions should be and changed it from the screen to a button. But the service advisor said it could be a bug in the update, we have to email germany to see if it's part of the update it could take a whole day. BS, excuses, no recall update for the rear view camera should have any interference with the lane assist in the front. These pictures are how I got my car back and they said they were stored for some time BUT ALL OF A SUDDEN as soon as I leave they decided to turn on and stay on. I regret going to this dealership and will not return I'm very disappointed with the service and what they did. |
