| Summary: I had an awful experience with Walter’s Audi in Riverside. I was involved in what they call a “yo-yo” situation. I was allowed to take the car home after signing a contract, but a few days later I was contacted and told that my financing was actually not approved and that I had to sign a new contract agreeing to new terms, including a down payment and higher interest rate (I had signed a $0 down contract). When I returned to the dealership to cancel the deal and return the vehicle, I was told they would not take the car back because it had been in my possession for 13 days. I was also told that I was already the owner. They were really trying to scare me (I’m relatively young) and pressure me to re-sign under worse terms. I was also told that repeated credit checks would negatively impact my credit score, which is not the actual case in the context of auto loan rate shopping (the credit bureau usually groups all the credit score checks into one). After standing firm and refusing to agree to new terms, I was finally able to return the vehicle. Although they tried to say I had removed a sticker from the cars windshield when in reality it never had a sticker there in the first place. I have documentation of the communications throughout this process. This experience felt high-pressure and misleading. I strongly recommend that anyone considering a purchase here thinks twice before walking into their dealership. Transparency and honesty are critical in major financial decisions, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here at Walter’s Audi in Riverside. |

| Summary: Been trying to get my Audi in for repairs, been having some computer (MMU) and tire pressure sensor issues. Reached out last Tues, was initially told I had a loaner reserved for Thursday, then on my way down got a call it wasn't actually available. Then was told Friday, but then that didn't happen. Then was told Monday, no contact or follow up on Monday, reached out three times, finally got a hold of someone, told nothing available today and that I have an appointment at 8am Tues, no notice, nothing. I do not feel cared for. |
