| Summary: I have been going to Audi of Riverside for over 10 years now and have purchased and serviced multiple vehicles there.. I cant say enough about the great customer care! Stephen Garlatta in sales is beyond a salesman. He is friendly and knowledgeable and makes the whole process seamless. He goes above and beyond even when I go in for service. Peter in service is always helpful and keeps me informed throughout the service appointment. Honestly every person Ive encountered there has been awesome. Even John, the GM, helped me load my luggage into my loaner vehicle !!! |

| Summary: I went in for a simple service and went home with a new 2025 Audi SQ5 Quattro. This is the third car I've bought at this dealership and on each occasion, Stephen Garlatta has been there for me! I appreciate his low key and helpful approach. He's exceptionally kind, polite, well mannered and someone you could see yourself being friends with. It has never felt like I'm being sold to, but more like he's guiding me patiently through the process and is an advocate helping to get me a fair trade in value and a great price on the car I'm hoping to take home. If he's sold me three cars, he's obviously doing something better than others that keeps me coming back. I feel like he's an advisor more than a salesman and together, I'm confident with the purchase I've make, and especially the price that I paid. By pass the others, and ask for Stephen Garlatta! |
