They listed a used Audi at $21,500. After I inquired, I was told they charge a mandatory $1,695 theft recovery/LoJack system, making the selling price $23,195 before tax and fees.
If it is mandatory, then $23,195 is the real price and it should be advertised that way. This is a classic bait and switch tactic, and it is not what I expect from an Audi dealership.
Be warned. Do not expect an ethical or straightforward process. Avoid this dealership. |

Blake was recommended to me by a GM at another Audi dealership that was too far for me to travel to. Blake met me at the dealer on his day off and had the cars I was interested in ready for me to choose from. I was genuinely impressed by his friendliness and professionalism. He was knowledgeable about the Audi brand and answered all my questions. Truly above and beyond my expectations. Also, the Riverside Audi dealership is clean, relaxing and atmosphere is inviting. A quick and stress free experience. Will definitely buy another car at this location. |
