James was able to get me in right away with an appointment same day! This was during a weekday. He took time to listen to my concerns, assessed the issue, and ensured that I did a walk around before leaving the service center after the repair. I was very impressed and appreciated the complimentary car wash! I left the service center feeling confident and at ease. Thank you again James! |
