This has to have been the easiest dealership experience I have ever had, and the communication throughout was flawless. I will definitely return in the future, and even though the dealership is out of my way, I will be bringing the car back for servicing in the future. I could not be happier with how this process wind or how accommodating everyone was. |

| Summary: Very disorganized operation- drove 1.5 hrs for a car they had sold the day before, even with an appointment reminder text and call the morning of our appointment. Salesperson didnt remember we were coming, what car we were seeing and then informed us the car wasnt there and that we should have received a courtesy call. Well that never happened and were told sorry and turned away. The car ended up being at their sister location that we discovered on our own after we left. We bought it from Audi Ontario, and they were fantastic. |
