My car was showing the previous owner as the key user, and I had no ability to change basic settings such as the sound. I called the dealship 5 times, and have yet to receive a call back. The car actually turned off while I was parking. |

He was courteous, friendly and personable. We were not rushed or pressured about buying a car but open conversations about options led us to buy a new car.
