Walters is family owned business started by Walter passed on to Steve his son and operated by grandson Jonathan. truly a family run business. | Summary: I reached out to Audi Pure Performance to cancel my warranty after selling my Audi a few months ago. They approved a refund for the remaining balance on the warranty. They informed me when I called last week that they sent the paperwork to Walters Audi on November 17th. I havent heard a word from them, so I started calling a couple weeks ago. Ive called 5 times now, and left messages with 4 different people, all promising that somebody would call me back. Nobody has. I just want my money back so I can move on. I would not recommend this place. They clearly dont want to pay me back what is owed, and are just putting me off. I will call for the 6th time today I suppose. |

| Summary: I had an amazing experience working with Mitch, the car salesman at this Dealership. Mitch was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about car deals. He understood exactly what we were looking for in a car and was extremely flexible throughout the process.
Not only was Mitch well - versed in the details of different cars, but he was also super friendly and attentive. He patiently answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable during our entire car - buying journey.
I will definitely be recommending Mitch to anyone in the market for a new car. If you're looking for a salesman who truly goes the extra mile, Mitch is your guy! |
