| Summary: Let me try putting this in bullet points to see if Yelp and the business understands this is factual and do not attempt to remove my review because of technicalities: 1. Instead of negotiating, Blake wanted to charge more for the vehicle, as a matter of fact he seemed offended I asked questions. 2. I was quoted $200-300 for delivery, please review what their delivery changed to. 3. They did not want to remove their LoJack and noted all Audi dealerships charged this, which is not true, I bought an Audi from another dealership and they had the most amazing customer service and transparency service. 3. When I questioned the charge for the LoJack and asked Blake to have his manager call me, he was also on the call and they began mocking me, do you record conversations? If so, please take a listen, I was even told "you don't have to buy it" My experience was genuine and frustrating and I also felt it had to do with race. Do better as a company and learn from other dealerships. Yelp is being devious and works with businesses and not the consumer, perhaps with some evidential photos they will cooperate. |
