Recently traveled 400 miles to purchase a new 2024 Audi A6 from Walters Audi. The sales rep I worked with was great, very responsive and even picked me up from the airport. He was able to work with his sales manager for a fair price. The overall buying experience was also positive when doing the paperwork. The reason for the 3 stars is due to the significant hard water spots that were all over the car - on the paint, windows, windshields, and trim. Just everywhere. Unfortunately, I did not see this until a few days after I arrived home because it was raining the day I was at the dealership so I could not see these issues. I am dismayed by the condition and quality of the exterior of this new vehicle from a luxury brand and dealer. I have never seen this in any of the many new vehicles Ive purchased from various other dealers and brands. Ive never seen this with used vehicles. Ive had to have it professionally detailed to rectify this issue since I couldnt just drive 400 miles back to them. I also never heard back from them when this was brought to their attention attached are some photos of the hard water spots. You can see them much more on the dark sunroof, but it looked like that through the whole car. You can see if better if you enlarge the photo.

Great experience buying here and working with Joshua Rambow. We just walked on the lot and looked around first (old school with no appt.) and it was nice that no one came rushing up to start sales pitching but gave us space. One price on all vehicles made it easier not to haggle with hours long negotiating. Joshua Rambow was extremely informative and immediately sent info. on the vehicle we wanted and video emails with a video virtual tour when the vehicle came in. Very impressive and professional. After purchase Joshua gave us an orientation on the vehicle and the guy never stuttered. Very satisfied with our experience and this Audi dealership has way more inventory than other Audi dealerships.

What a pleasant experience in buying an Audi from Walter's Audi. I worked with Blake and he was just wonderful. He knew the vehicle inside and out, made the buying process effortless, and not once did I feel pressured or forced into making any decisions I was uncomfortable. In fact, just the opposite, Blake was easygoing, extraordinarily knowledgeable and gave me time to ask questions and make an informed purchased decision. BTW, I bought used and the vehicle was immaculate and priced well below market and other dealers - just a lovely car. I can emphatically recommend Walter's Audi and will definitely work with Blake again when I purchase my next vehicle.

TLDR: This dealership is negligent, dishonest, sexist, and discriminatory. I live in Orange County, and was in the market for a used Q5. I found one online, and reached out to Walter's Audi. The price seemed great, so I drove an hour away to purchase the car. Little did I know this was a bait and switch situation. During the signing of the paperwork, it was revealed that the car had been in an accident. This was not disclosed prior to my appointment, which was annoying since they knew I went out of my way to make the trip to do business with them. Whatever, I figured it was an honest mistake. I ended up looking at another car they had on the lot, and decided to go for it. During signing, for some reason the price ended up being more expensive than it was when they showed it to me on the monitor. I was about to leave when they decided to honor the price they had originally displayed. They told me that the car wouldn't be ready for 2 days, since they wanted to replace the tires, perform a 40k mile service, and make sure everything was in good shape. Two days later, they tell me it won't be ready for an additional day because the tires are being replaced. Fine one more day, whatever. When it was finally ready, my husband went to pick it up for me because I had to work. On his way home, the undercarriage panel fell off. This happened on the 91 freeway. He had to drive back to the dealership, where they refused to replace the now scraped up panel, and just screwed it on. A few days later, the car alerted me that the pressure had dropped in the front right tire. My husband called the dealership, where the manager told him to bring the car all the way back to the dealership to be taken care of. We decided that we would just have someone patch it to avoid another trip to Riverside, so we called a tire repair service to come to our house. When he pulled the tire off, the repair guy showed us that the tire had already been patched incorrectly, and was irreparable. So this means that the dealership lied about replacing the tires, so who knows why the car was delayed to begin with. It also means that they either knowingly sold me a car with a shot tire, or were negligent and didn't actually inspect anything. Either way it's not a good look. My husband took the car back to the dealership today, where Gary, the used sales manager, was not only unhelpful, but also rude and condescending. My husband told him that after all of the issues and hassle that this transaction has caused, they needed to replace all 4 tires, as was promised to begin with. Gary said that he didn't think that was reasonable and would cover 2 tires. The car came with 2021 Pirelli tires, and Gary wanted to replace 2 of them next week. So he wanted me to drive around on a leaky tire for another week, and then drive back out again to this dealership, an hour away, on the leaky tire. Thanks for the concern for my safety, Gary. All they had in stock were Continentals, so we ended up buying 2, and having them comp 2 so at least I would have matching tires with the same amount of wear, which is important in an AWD car. They also forgot to give me the registration when we picked up the car, which had to be delivered to my office the next week. It was just one thing after another, and a very poor experience. It seems to me that they tried to take advantage of a female customer, and cut corners to save an extra buck. It's laughable that Gary tried to tell my husband that driving an hour out of our way to buy from their dealership wasn't that big of a deal, and then bragged about pricing cars so well that they had customers from OC come all the way out to do business with them. Let me warn you now, any cost savings will be eaten up in repairs and gas in having to deal with this terribly poor excuse for a dealership. We ended up paying $750 for new tires today for a car I've had for 2 weeks. Thanks guys. I'll never buy from them again, and will tell everyone I know to run far away from this place. I should have paid more from the start with a local dealership who valued my time and business.
