| Summary: I recently purchased a Volvo XC90 Ultra, and working with Jake was an outstanding experience. The XC90 Ultra is an incredible SUV, and Jake took the time to explain its features in detail from the advanced safety technology to the premium interior and intuitive infotainment system. He was extremely knowledgeable about Volvo and the competition, which made comparing options easy and gave me complete confidence in my decision.
Most importantly, Jake was never pushy. He listened carefully, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciated his professionalism and expertise, and I highly recommend asking for Jake if youre considering a Volvo. |

She made the usually exhausting process of car-buying absolutely seamless and stress-free. She went above and beyond to get us the car we want. Even after the sale, she walked us through every part of the car and helped my wife get comfortable with it as well. Highly recommend you go to Crown Volvo and ask for Mary! |
