| Summary: Saturday morning and already in and out of 3 dealerships when I pulled in Crown Volvo Cars and met Zeijko (Jake) Boskovic. Jake was extremely knowledgeable and patience as I identified and drove a vehicle that caught my eye. He was very helpful in negotiating a deal, helping with the paperwork, and even though it was after closing time, I was out of the dealership and in my new vehicle in no time. Great experience...definitely ask for Jake. |

| Summary: On my search for a car in the last few weeks, walking into volvo felt like a breath of fresh air. I had the pleasure of working with Jake and was able to try out different ones to make sure i found something i liked. I didnt feel any pressure from him or any of the team to buy something i didnt fee comfortable with and felt like i could have a blunt conversation with him about how i was feeling about the car and my reservations and he was able to answer the questions and help guide me a little bit. At one point, i told him i felt like he was a dad helping me with my purchase.
He was very knowledgeable and i felt very respected in whatever thought i shared and decision i made. He was also very blunt, which i appreciated it.
In the end, i bought the car i knew i was going to love for a very long time. And im very happy that jake was a part of that experience. |

| Summary: I was very happy with my interactions with the salesperson "Jake". No pressure, very thoughtful and knew exactly what I was looking for, in terms of help and information. I purchased a pre-owned car from Crown Volvo. They were accommodating, knowledgeable and courteous, in general. I would recommend them if you are going to be in the market for your next car. The level of professionalism was far above the other dealerships (flagship dealerships) that I interacted with regarding the sale of a pre-owned car. The others would badger you almost daily or their sales pitches were off putting. I suppose that goes with experience and style. Understand who your customer is and what they want. Jake did that flawlessly. The car I purchased I have complete confidence in. The I also had a positive experience with finance person and the rest of the staff, as they were also courteous to my family and myself. Overall, I could not ask for a better experience when looking for and finding my "new car". Thank you! |
