I cannot express my appreciation for the service, attention and caring he has provided through the years. He is always prompt in getting my car in for the service necessary, prompt in getting the service completed and always, always with a kind and generous spirit through my service experience. He is definitely a great asset for Crown Volvo. It is because of him that I would drive nothing but a Volvo. |

| Summary: This dealership is top notch! I went to 5-6 other dealerships and received quotes significantly higher than the sticker price. I knew there would be additional costs but the mark-ups and dealership fees were astronomical. Crown Volvo was transparent throughout the process. Nicholas Mattis helped us immensely. He listened to our needs and was courteous and professional. He made the purchase process easy. I would recommend Nicholas and Crown Volvo to anyone in the market for a vehicle. |

| Summary: Brian Tessitore in the service dept. is always friendly and gets the job done quickly! I love they check the alignment so easily when I drive through. They have the most updated equipment and is always clean. The best is you always can see the shop on the camera and the mechanic always sends a video of the work he is doing on my car. They keep you updated and informed through the entire process from start to finish. Great job Crown Volvo and Brian Tessitore! |
