| Summary: I recently had an outstanding customer service experience at Crown Volvo, thanks to service advisor Brian Tessitore.
Back in late December 2025, my XC-40 was experiencing some issues with the infotainment system. As these things sometimes go, the problem wouldnt show itself at the shop. Brian carefully document the issues I described and told me to immediately return, if the problem occurred again.
In mid-February the problem did occur again, and this time the Volvo technicians were able to see it too. The bigger problem, though, was that my car had just went off warranty, and the repair cost was significant. I asked Brian if perhaps Volvo could cover it, given the circumstances. He said he would try, and he indeed pleaded my situation to Volvo.
Im pleased to say that Brian was successful, and Volvo covered the expensive repair cost.
Brians efforts exceeded all expectations-and I was once again reminded why I have been a loyal Volvo owner for over 30 years.
