| Summary: I recently purchased a 2023 Ford Bronco from Group Eurocars Mercedes of Dublin, and I cannot say enough about the exceptional service I received from Corbin Dennis. He made the entire experience smooth, stress-free, and truly enjoyable, especially me talking alot, which I do being nervous.
His professionalism, especially noted when trading in a vehicle. Corbin gave genuine commitment to my satisfaction of trade-in. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in the Ford Bronco, answered every question with patience, and ensured I felt confident and informed at every step.
What stood out most was Corbins warm, approachable demeanor and his willingness to go the extra mile. By the time I left the dealership, I felt not just like a valued customer, but like I had worked with someone who genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect vehicle.

| Summary: I have been dealing with Crown for over a decade, 12 years to be exact! I have had exemplary sales and service experiences up until last year. I encountered Corbin Dennis in Sales. At first all was good but his follow up skills are something to be desired! He drops the ball! He did on multiple occasions, causing me to lose my cool! I have never been treated so POORLY and UNPROFESSIONALLY in the nearly 40 years I have been buying cars! Im at a total loss of understanding his ability to sell any cars! Ive always held Crown to the Gold Standard of Car Experiences but that all came crashing down with Corbin Dennis! He didnt do it it to me just once or twice but three times! Never again! |
