Being catered to by the patient and very knowledgeable Mr. Mulford (Sales Consultant) helped a lot. Mason was emphatic, friendly and very tolerant with my demanding requirements during the shopping process. He truly made me feel like a valued customer. I would not hesitate recommending him and Crown Eurocars of Dublin - Mercedes; to friends, family and the general public if they are in the market for a Merc. | Summary: Had my first experience with Crown Mercedes Benz last Tuesday when they applied the ceramic coating on my new GLC 300 Coupe and it couldnt have gone better! Tyler Hills helped me and let me know what to expect the moment I arrived in the Service Area. I had a number of elementary questions, but Tyler took his time with me and answered every one.
Tyler made sure I was set up with a great car to drive while my car was being serviced and to my surprise, my car was done a little ahead of schedule - perfectly clean and with my original seat and mirror settings in place. Those little details make a big difference. A couple more elementary questions answered and I was on my way. I was very impressed with this first visit! |
