Whether it's routine Maintence or handling a specific issue, Shen communicates throughout the process so I can better manage my time. The Service Department at Crown Mecedes is highly professional and super efficient from check-in to pick-up and the vibe throughout the offices and customer lounge is comfortable. It is impressive that all the members of the Service team I met several years ago are still in place, including Shen Saguisi who continues to make me feel like a valued customer. Thank you, Shen! |

| Summary: Ken Watson made this process run smoothly from start to finish. From the moment he greeted us in the showroom, he listened to every request I made. Any question we had, he answered. Even though they did not have the car I wanted on their lot, he quickly found someone that did. He arranged a dealer trade, and had my car to me in a matter of a few days. He showed us around the beautiful dealership and service department. This process was a smooth as purchasing a car can be. It was a pleasure purchasing a car with Ken's help! I will be referring him to anyone that it is in the market for a new car. |

| Summary: August 2nd week I was at Crown Benz dealership for regular maintenance, where I was going for the past 22+ years. Had 5+ Benz vehicles. Shen is my dedicated service advisor for the past 10+ years. As usual this time also he spent time and explaining the issues and remedy. He arranged loaner car and took care of the issue in time as promised. The most I like in Shen is that he has patience and is very knowledgeable.
I recommend Crown Benz dealership, especially Shen |
