| Summary: I am very unhappy and will NEVER be ordering parts from this dealership in the future, and I highly recommend anyone reading this does the same. I recently ordered oil filters from this location and while I was changing my oil filter during on oil change, I realized I was sent the incorrect filters. When I called to report the error, the parts manager Josh was very rude and unhelpful and took no accountability for the mistake. I finally got Josh to transfer me to Scott, who was very polite and far more helpful. He was polite and took it upon himself to take responsibility for his employees mistakes and resolved the issue for me. Scott and the service department were very helpful and polite to me. |

I worked with Jeremy Pease and never felt pressured (which is important to me) but I did feel he attended to my every question, and respected my time frame. I bought the car I've been wanting for years ('26 Rav4) and I love it even more than I thought I would! |
