| Summary: Brought my car here because it was having an issue with my camshaft position sensor (I knew this was the problem before bringing it in and even explained that to them) they then tried to replace my battery at 3.5x the price of a battery when questioned about the price they said well we have master Kia mechanics so you pay for that knowledge they then proceeded to tell me my bad battery was the reason for the sensor issue. I replaced my battery and they said my car was good to go after that. This leads me to believe that they didnt even bother test driving it as on the way home I encountered the same issue with my car not being able to determine what gear it was in and stalling out.
Save yourself the time, money, and the headache of these hack jobs and take your car to a real mechanic shop. These guys have no idea what they are doing even when you explain exactly the issue to them. |

| Summary: Seniors-BUYER BEWARE, deceptive practices with bonuses, trade in value and interest rates. Was told by salesperson offering 0% interest. Sales manager and finance guy slipped in 6.25%. Trade in amount given $26,050 their calculator said it should have been 29,405 + they got my Weather Tech pads $485.23. Got their KFA $3,000 bonus but was not told that was 6.25%. Finance guy never went over the terms of the contract or it would have halted the sale. It was a 2025 Telluride. If you pay anything there by credit card, extended warranty, service department you pay 3% credit card fee. When I complained they offered to give me the 0% but then GM said the price of the vehicle would be more. My whole family has been Crown customers for 20 years. Not worth the aggravation. The sales manager said I asked about the 0% and he said they would take away the KFA bonus. I never asked because I assumed I was getting it. |
