| Summary: Brad ford was an amazing sells person honestly I am so glad that we ran across him while just browsing for a car. He was kind, patient and took his time to explain features of multiple cars. He has no issues grabbing several cars for me to have a visual of and being able to compare and contrast each car I was interested in. We test drove about 4/5 cars and he really made car browsing a true experience of no pressure. He was great at explain things on the low end of the car model and at the high end of the car model. He is honest and truthful about the cars and did not shove his own opinions in. He was very patient as we spend the entire day here checking on all the cars and price points. He was nice and attentive with our son as well. His experience is what made us purchase a car Instead of just walking away. |

| Summary: I came in as a very complicated buyer. From the moment Kateryna Rydzhak, my sales rep, introduced herself to me, she went above and beyond making a deal happen for me. She never once made me feel like I was a smaller or less important deal. She spent all of her attention helping me for two days in a row. Everyone on the sales team went above and beyond for me. I would highly recommend Kate and Kia of St. Pete. 10/10 |
