| Summary: Now they keep asking me if I want to buy an extended warranty or sell my car to them. I asked them to stop and they haven't. I would avoid them if you can. If you're going to buy a car from them ask them about their service department complaints. Don't buy any oil changes extra unless you plan on going there every 3000 miles and waiting an hour and a half for service. Overall I would avoid the Crown name as they are all one and the culture is the same. |

| Summary: Balinda and I had stopped by Crown Hyundai to look at the SantaCruz for a second car. As we were looking around Ashish Thomas offered to assist us. As soon as we explained our wants he took us straight there. This young man was very polite and knowledgeable for what we needed. We found exactly what we were looking for and because Ashish and the rest of the staff were so courteous, friendly and professional our purchase happened quickly and smoothly. |
