| Summary: Travis helped me out so much! I already had my dream car in 2020 but it was totaled so I had to find a new vehicle. Travis made this process that was a hassle for me seem exciting! I told him what vehicles I wanted to see and he brought me exactly what I asked. I never felt like he was trying to persuade me into getting something I didnt want, like the previous local 2 dealerships did to me. I drove an hour away to visit Crown Hyundai and I would do it again! Theres a huge difference between someone actually caring about a persons situation and someone who is just looking at you as a commission amount. I now have a new beautiful vehicle and couldnt be happier! Thanks Travis!!! |

Im currently deployed and had my vehicle towed to Crown Hyundai, where Lori was assigned as my service advisor. Despite clearly telling her how to contact/communicate with me, she instead used the contact information for the co/owner of the vehicle my elderly grandmother and mother instead, which was unnecessary and concerning and let me know she didnt pay attention to anything I said regarding communication.
After she sent me the recommended service copy I informed her on what services I wanted completed. I asked Lori multiple times for a clear invoice so I could arrange payment through my father. She emailed me an invoice with a lower price than the original recommended service copy, which I accepted and planned around. Later that same day, she sent a new invoice charging the higher original amount. When I questioned the discrepancy, she became rude and combative, offering conflicting explanations and even threatening to remove parts from my vehicle.
The situation was escalated and through multiple conversations the service manager, Gary, later explained the issue was a computer error and apologized for Loris behavior. My issue was never the price itself, but the poor communication and unprofessional way the situation was handled. A simple apology and clarification would have avoided the entire conflict.
Although I ultimately paid to resolve the matter, the experience left me feeling misled and disrespected. Even at pickup, communication was handled poorly with my father present in the lobby pay.
If you are going to be serviced here ask for another advisor ! |
