| Summary: Balinda and I had stopped by Crown Hyundai to look at the SantaCruz for a second car. As we were looking around Ashish Thomas offered to assist us. As soon as we explained our wants he took us straight there. This young man was very polite and knowledgeable for what we needed. We found exactly what we were looking for and because Ashish and the rest of the staff were so courteous, friendly and professional our purchase happened quickly and smoothly. |

There was no hassles. If I ever want to purchase another vehicle from Hyundai in the future, I will definitely work with Travis again. For, this to my fist time purchasing a vehicle, my overall experience was great. |

| Summary: Be very careful going here. I purchased 2 vehicles at once and I don't feel warm and fuzzy after purchase. First off the is damage on vehicle.
Which I have found. Plus ,After looking at my contract, I don't see or feel , like a valued customer, but as another sale. Plus vehicle has damage,(which I'm sure they knew about)The salesman was good, kind ,and not pushy. But I went in at end of year to try to get a deal , with year end rebates,( which i though I was getting)and a 2025 vehicle (end of inventory), to get extra deals,. I wanted to pay cash. I was roped into a deal I am not comfortable with. Financing for months, which I didn't want. And now penalties if I want to pay off early. I should have went with my gut and chosen a different dealer. As per communications I would have walked away with a much better deal. I think I would have felt better and happy, not cheated.
Cars were cleaned and not detailed. The whole experience was different from the last dealership I dealt with. Again, should have went with my gut, would have saved at least 2000 or more. |
