| Summary: I went to Crown Hyundai for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I had an appointment for 11:00 am to which I arrived about 10 minutes early. I finally left the facility at 2:57pm. It took 4 hours for service No explanation except the appointments were "probably overbooked." Ridiculous. The woman who checked me in was very apologetic, and of course it wasn't her fault. But I will never go back. There's no excuse for that kind of service. |

| Summary: I had such a great experience working with Austin at Crown Genesis. From the very beginning, I genuinely felt taken care and supported throughout the entire process.
What really stood out to me was how much this dealership truly cares about getting you into the right car, not just making a sale. Austin was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free from start to finish. I never felt rushed or pushed, and I drove away feeling confident and excited about my decision.
If youre looking for a dealership that values people and an experience that actually feels good, I cant recommend Austin and Crown Genesis enough. |
