My service advisor is Christopher Murray and he gave me great service and advice. Very happy with my annual service and the car was serviced in a timely fashion while I waited. Would never go to another dealership because everything flows so smoothly with no stress. Thanks Chris and Crown.

Now they keep asking me if I want to buy an extended warranty or sell my car to them. I asked them to stop and they haven't. I would avoid them if you can. If you're going to buy a car from them ask them about their service department complaints. Don't buy any oil changes extra unless you plan on going there every 3000 miles and waiting an hour and a half for service. Overall I would avoid the Crown name as they are all one and the culture is the same.
