| Summary: I got my first official brand new car from this dealership back in 2018. The salesman was great, showed me the specs and got me what I wanted. Sent me off in my blue Veloster.
My car was undergoing some issues with the battery. Ive barely had the car for 2 years. I called and was advised to come in and someone will be assisting me immediately due to the circumstances.
I was greeted and assisted by Gio, he took my car to check out the battery, then walked me inside to meet up with a service advisor. August Lascola, one of the service advisor was extremely helpful with getting my car in.
Crown Hyundai is definitely there to help their customers. Friendly and efficiently.
UPDATE December 2025:
I want to share feedback regarding my recent service experience, as it was both frustrating and disappointing.
An appointment time was offered and confirmed, yet on the day of the appointment I was informed that my vehicle might not be seen at all. I was also told I would receive updates throughout the day, but no communication was provided between approximately 8:00 a.m. and 4:40 p.m. I ultimately had to call in three separate times before finally being transferred to Lori.
I do want to acknowledge Lori, who appeared to be the only advisor actively assisting customers and managing the floor. She was professional and clearly doing her best under the circumstances.
After finally connecting with Lori following multiple attempts, I was informed that my vehicle needed to be put back together by the mechanic. What was most concerning was the delay in communicating this. My vehicle had already been disassembled and was sitting in the shop without any proactive update or explanation. The lack of communication during this pause is what made the situation particularly frustrating.
I am aware of the class action lawsuit related to GDI engines and the associated recalls. I specifically requested assistance in determining whether my vehicle might be eligible for coverage or consideration following the recall that had already been performed, but no assistance was provided.
Unfortunately, the overall experience reflected a lack of coordination and communication between departments, as well as inconsistent information provided over the phone. Despite requesting the diagnostic report, I was only provided with an estimate outlining repair recommendations and associated costs, not the actual diagnostic findings. Given the $200+ diagnostic fee, it is concerning that a complete report has not been shared.
Moving forward, I will be minimizing my time spent with this dealership. I value transparency, communication, and follow-through, and this experience did not meet those expectations. |

| Summary: We purchased a 2025 Palisade Calligraphy from Jack Nash. He worked with us on getting the right price negotiating with the finance manager. Although we arrive late in the day, Jack never made us to feel rushed, staying with us after close of business, running us through each step of the way. We didn't pull out of the dealership until an hour after close. They get thumbs up all the way around. Highly recommend. |

| Summary: Andrew Turner was an absolute pleasure to work with, he was friendly and professional from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, had two young kids who were both ready to get home and instead of us having to come back to test drive the car Andrew personally drove it to our house so we could have a peaceful test drive one at a time. Andrew was never pushy and completely transparent for everything, hes an absolute credit to the company and I would recommend anyone who wants a great car buying experience to reach out to him. Genuinely nice people who care for you, your time & getting you a great deal! |
