I have been in a customer of Crown Hyundai for 20 years and just bought a new Tucson. I'm so excited to replace my 16 year old one. John You was my salesman and was great to work with. He listened to my needs and found the perfect vehicle for me. There are so many new things to learn in my car and John spent a lot of time with me setting things up. We are still working on a few things and I appreciate his help so much. It's nice to have a good relationship with a dealer you can trust. John made that happen!

NEVER COME HERE. We went to this Hyundai dealership because we received a recall letter, so we brought our perfectly fine, problem-free car in. Two days later, they called and said the car was ready. We went to pick it up, got in, and within 10 feet the car started shaking badly almost undriveable. We immediately went back and asked them to fix their mistake, but they insisted the issue was NOT their fault and tried to blame us. We clearly told them the car was NOT like this when we brought it in and demanded they fix the problem. Then they asked us to pay $200 just to run a diagnosis for a problem THEY caused. I refused to pay for their mistake. On top of that, they told us the engine needs to be replaced something completely unrelated to the recall. They said it would cost $9,000, and they couldnt even guarantee that Hyundai corporate would cover it. The head of the mechanical service department was incredibly rude. He doesnt even let you speak just keeps saying things like I understand and I hear you while completely dismissing you. In the end, they claimed they fixed it, but the car was still shaking badly. Bottom line: DO NOT bring your car here, even for a recall. If you do, the car you get back will NOT be the same car you brought in.

SAFETY HAZARD They broke my car and refused to fix it! Absolute nightmare experience. I brought my 2016 Veloster in for a mandatory Safety Recall . I handed them a car that was running perfectly fine. After their 'inspection,' they handed it back to me misfiring and shaking violently, making it completely unsafe to drive. When I immediately pointed out that they damaged my vehicle, the staff was dismissive and literally told me 'theres nothing we can do.' How can a certified Hyundai dealer return a car in a worse and MORE DANGEROUS condition than when it arrived for a SAFETY recall? This is gross negligence and a total lack of accountability. If you value your safety and your property, STAY AWAY from Crown Hyundai. I am reporting this incident to the NHTSA and Hyundai Corporate. UNACCEPTABLE
