| Summary: My car has been in the shop for over a week. Insurance agent was called last week and no feedback when they are coming out, what the hold up is or when the car will be returned. Clearly covered under extended warranty but I and not given a loaner or explanation of what is happening. The agent is wonderful but both crown mgt and Triton Insurance are not responding to my concerns. |
