| Summary: I had an appointment at 11:00. At 3 I called to find out the status. My car was not even assigned to anyone and they didn't know if it would even be looked at until the next day. I went back to the dealership to pick it up I won't come back |

| Summary: My experience for the 1st time at this location for excellent!!! Unfortunately, I hit an object on I-75 North and was afraid that I messed up my underneath. The closest Hyundai Dealership was Crown of St. Petersburg. It was on a Saturday and of course I didn't have an appointment. I had the pleasure of Service Advisor Jarett Z to work with. He was very professional and upbeat. I didn't think they were able to squeeze me in due to it being a Saturday, but Jarett did. The tech checked out my car and found nothing wrong with it. Provide additional stuff I may consider in the future to get done. I TRULY AM GRATEFUL for Jarett and the tech for giving me peace of mind that I can still drive my car and everything is good with my car. Please note I am from NC and was just passing thru. |

| Summary: Our experience was seamless. The dealership was attentive to our needs. Our personal dealer rep Jack Nash was most knowledgeable, professional, & helpful. He guided us through the process & offered future assistance should we need it. He did two follow up calls to make sure all was going smoothly.
The fact that the dealership had on-site insurance assistance was a huge bonus.
