| Summary: It's been 18 months since we wrote this review, and all we can add is that our salesman, John You, has ALWAYS been available and helpful anytime we've asked. Thank you, John You. Justin Callahan, Sales Manager, continues to check in on us whenever we've been at Crown for routine service on our 2025 Genesis or Tucson. Thank you, Justin. We sincerely appreciate the comfort of knowing you care and are there for us. Casandra Rancourt has helped us courteously and efficiently, always following through with excellent communication. Thank you, Casandra. Our Service Manager, Drake Alexander, knows his Genesis and has expertly helped us with routine service and even a not-so-routine matter, which he efficiently resolved. Thank you, Drake! We are in good hands with the Crown Team mentioned above. Oh, and did we mention, we love our GV70 3.5T SP and Tucson SEL Conv. |
