| Summary: Justin Hoffman and Casey Newman at Crown Hyundai did an absolutely fantastic job helping us purchase a 2026 Hyundai Elantra for my daughter. From start to finish, they were professional, patient, and incredibly easy to work with. They took the time to explain everything clearly, made the process smooth and stress-free, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy with the purchase.
Its clear they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I couldnt have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Justin and Casey to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience. Thank you both for taking such great care of us! |

| Summary: Be very careful going here. I purchased 2 vehicles at once and I don't feel warm and fuzzy after purchase. After looking at my contract, I don't see or feel , like a valued customer, but as another sale. The salesman was good, kind ,and not pushy. But I went in at end of year to try to get a deal , with year end rebates,( which i though I was getting)and a 2025 vehicle (end of inventory), to get extra deals,. I wanted to pay cash. I was ropped into a deal I am not comfortable with. Financing for months, which I didn't want. And now penalties if I want to pay off early. I should have went with my gut and chosen a different dealer. As per communications I would have walked away with a much better deal. I think I would have felt better and happy, not cheated.
Cars were cleaned and not detailed. The whole experience was different from the last dealership I dealt with. Again, should have went with my gut, would have saved at least 2000 or more. |

| Summary: I recently purchased a new 2026 Hyundai Elantra SEL Sport from Travis at Crown and could not have had a better experience. We received an excellent price and did all of the deal making prior to our visit. We were in/out in less than 2 hours. This was literally the easiest car buying experience, as Travis made it very easy and relaxing. |
