Buying experience at Crown Hyundai was excellent. Jack Nash was very knowledgable and easy to work with. We were not planning to buy a 2026 Santa Fe Hybrid, but we did. It was the easiest car buying experience we have ever had. Crown Hyundai is a great dealership.

SAFETY HAZARD They broke my car and refused to fix it! Absolute nightmare experience. I brought my 2016 Veloster in for a mandatory Safety Recall . I handed them a car that was running perfectly fine. After their 'inspection,' they handed it back to me misfiring and shaking violently, making it completely unsafe to drive. When I immediately pointed out that they damaged my vehicle, the staff was dismissive and literally told me 'theres nothing we can do.' How can a certified Hyundai dealer return a car in a worse and MORE DANGEROUS condition than when it arrived for a SAFETY recall? This is gross negligence and a total lack of accountability. If you value your safety and your property, STAY AWAY from Crown Hyundai. I am reporting this incident to the NHTSA and Hyundai Corporate. UNACCEPTABLE

Towed my car free through insurance company, for what was suspected to be a warranty engine replacement. Everyone was polite, and professional. During the process I communicated that only the engine replacement was to be done. The told me they would have to officially diagnose the car. Hyundai approved the engine replacement for free, and I got a loaner while they worked on the car, with $225 deposit. When I got my car back, there were no xtra repairs or charges and I got my deposit back from the loaner. Crown followed through on what they said they would do.
