Service advisor Kevin says to me, oh you are here for a oil change. I said no, I signed up for a whatever thousand miles service which was what I had to select due to the age of the car (I didn't look at my email at that point). Kevin said well we can do an inspection and recommend anything. I mentioned that I had a coupon from Hyundai for $5 off wiper blades which they used and I should have paid more attention to the price. After 90 minutes of waiting I learned that no oil change or tire rotation or anything was required, so this actually saved me money. The wipers were $70 including labor (I should have just bought on my own and hubby could charge labor!), but then when paying I was charged 3% for using a credit card vs a debit card! This is ridiculous. So beware, don't go there without a debit card, or expect their online booking to actually tell Crown Hyundai what you booked on line. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this dealership with their online reservations.

Ryan the service manager is awesome and is a walking Hyundai owner's manual! He answered all of my silly questions and the car was serviced in less than an hour! Great service! |

| Summary: I am delighted with the Crown Hyundai service given me by my Advisor, Doreen Hailey. Very impressed that she was able to determine the cause of my cars problem, a burnt-out coil on a cylinder, just from my description. She also arranged Lyft rides for me, both to home and back to shop, and kept me up to date on progress. Doreen is patient and knowledgeable and she created a great experience for me! |

The entire team Eric Valladares, Jack Nash and the finance manager John Luebke went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The team is excellent and so kind with the best costumer service!

| Summary: In August I traveled to help our daughter purchase a car. We showed up out of the blue and Eric Valladares met us. He spent hours letting her test drive cars and found a safe reliable Hyundai Elantra in her price range with very low mileage. He was friendly , kind and patient. We met with the finance team where John Lbke guided her through the entire process and was also very helpful while I asked a million questions Months later after someone plowed through red light and hit our daughter and totaled her car we did not hesitate to call Eric and the team at Crown. Round two Eric was immediately on it along with Jack Nash. Found her a Hyundai venue in her price range and again John in finance helped. The experience with Crown is overall excellent!!!! I would highly recommend their team. |
