From Drop Off to Pick Up, he did an amazing job at keeping me updated.
He was even able to get me a loaner during my service!
He greeted me at my vehicle with a smile, made the drop off a breeze.
He texted me updates on the arrival of parts and the vehicle being ready, Awesome Work. |

| Summary: I am very satisfied with Walter's. Brennan is my service advisor. He's always on point and very helpful. I have been treated really well. I actually purchased my Sprinter at Downtown LA Mercedes. They had horrible customer service. I called in on a Sunday to learn how to use all the gadgets. I was told to come on down. That was 2021. I have been coming to Walter's every since! |

| Summary: Walters MB Van center was top notch. We were in town for a soccer tournament and had some issues with our van. We scheduled an appointment for the next day, but Brennan Ruiz was able to get us in the day we arrived rather than waiting, diagnosed the main issue, fixed it, cleaned the van, and let us know what else needs to be addressed when we arrived home. We were able to get a ride to the games and didnt miss anything. The best part was that all of this was done MUCH quicker than any other dealership Ive been to. I wish we lived closer and this was our go-to dealership. Highly recommend!! |
