| Summary: Brennan Ruiz is a fantastic Service Advisor. Always thorough, professional and polite. His team also sends you a video of the service findings and work needed. Brennan even got my van inspected in an emergency right before a trip and really saved me from having to deal with a problem throughout my vacation. I deal with many businesses and wish they were all as great as Brennan and his team at Walters Mercedes in Riverside. |

| Summary: This review is for the service department over at Walter's Sprinter. I always have the opportunity to work with Ramces Rodriguez and I highly recommend him for your service needs. He is knowledgeable, professional and does everything possible to get your Sprinter running like it should. I have also dealt with Brennan Ruiz and he is equally as helpful and so is their management. Overall if you want to have your Sprinter running as Mercedes intended for it to run, I highly recommend them. |

| Summary: We recently purchased an older Sprinter Van conversion. Shortly thereafter the engine light came on. We took it to Walters where Brennan Ruiz took care of us. He informed us about a recent warranty extension on the fuel system that covered the repair. We needed other work as well but the team provided documentation and costs for each item separately with the ability to accept or decline as we wished. Theres also a small discount for not using credit to pay. We were very happy with the service and the staff. |
