| Summary: On my recent service visit to Walter's Mercedes-Benz Sprinter of Riverside - Van Center. Brennan Ruiz (Dealer Associate) got me in and out in what seem a short wait time. I just arrived at the Customer Lounge had, which had everything I needed for the day, Drinks, snacks, and TV. I made a few calls and Brennan told me my vehicle was completed and I could go. I would recommend Mercedes-Benz to my friends and I will see you next service. Thank You, Charlie |

| Summary: On my recent service visit to Walter's Mercedes-Benz Sprinter of Riverside - Van Center. Brennan Ruiz (Dealer Associate) set me up with my RV 40K service along with a few other items. Brennan seem very knowledgeable of maintenance on my RV. It was going to be a long day. I enjoyed watching my vehicle move to different stations for various work performed from a large window in the customer lounge. The Lounge had everything I needed for the day, Drinks, snacks, and TV. The Chairs I could fall to sleep on. Brennan kept me totally informed on the progress and he was very professional with that personal touch that made me feel like I was in control. LOL Brennan Ruiz (Mercedes-Benz) you certainly got my trust again. I would/will recommend Mercedes-Benz to my friends and I will see you next service. Thank You, Charlie |

Brennan Ruiz was the most customer service oriented service advisor that I have ever interacted with. Usually I shy away from dealer repairs due to the higher costs but this recent experience could change my mind. |

| Summary: Very professional, they offer a complementary wash with a great attitude and prompt service depending on the time you take it in. The only thing, make sure to remind them to inspect the RV to run your generator and appliances before and after they perform your regular maintanance service in order to avoid any misunderstandings. I hope this helps both consumers and the service department alike, but I do want to thank Brennan Ruiz for always being professional and taking constructive critisism with a great attitude, he trully is really helpful, I like that he takes time to text when you have questions. |
