| Summary: David Alcantar is a true asset to his dealership. He went out of his way to send me a video of the vehicle I was interested in and answered all my question. I reached out to several dealerships before coming to Walter Mercedes, their attention to detail and helpfulness made my decision easy.
Unannounced I went to test drive the vehicle I was interested and Gordon was also very helpful and knowledgeable.

After the easiest and most pleasant experience of purchasing a new Sprinter from Isaid for my business back in 2019, it was a no-brainer when it came time to purchase another Sprinter in 2024. However, this time, Isaid B., Simon G., Toni H. & Lee T. went above and beyond my expectations. From the shiny, new, state-of-the-art facility, to the outstanding customer service, to the professionalism and efficiency during negotiations, to closing the deal and facilitating delivery in less than 45 minutes....what else can you ask for?!?! Simon even came in on his off-day on Super Bowl Sunday just to assist in getting me in and out within the hour. Toni H. (The Finance Mgr) literally had me taken care of in less than 15 min.
