Despite encountering limitations at other Mercedes-Benz dealers in Orange County, the team at Walter's Riverside worked diligently to fulfill my custom order exactly as I desired. Sales Manager Isaid respectfully directed me to Sales Assistant David Alcantar, who proved to be instrumental in facilitating the process.
Throughout the ordering and closing phases, David Alcantar demonstrated exceptional professionalism and dedication, ensuring that both parties were equally satisfied with the outcome. I truly appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile. I must also commend the flexibility exhibited by Isaid Barragan and Toni Hajj during the closing period, which further enhanced my overall experience.
One year later, I continue to be impressed and satisfied with my purchase. The MB Metris Cargo van has exceeded my expectations in terms of performance and reliability. Should the need arise to expand our fleet in the future, I have no doubt that I will return to Walters Mercedes-Benz Sprinter of Riverside. After the easiest and most pleasant experience of purchasing a new Sprinter from Isaid for my business back in 2019, it was a no-brainer when it came time to purchase another Sprinter in 2024. However, this time, Isaid B., Simon G., Toni H. & Lee T. went above and beyond my expectations. From the shiny, new, state-of-the-art facility, to the outstanding customer service, to the professionalism and efficiency during negotiations, to closing the deal and facilitating delivery in less than 45 minutes....what else can you ask for?!?! Simon even came in on his off-day on Super Bowl Sunday just to assist in getting me in and out within the hour. Toni H. (The Finance Mgr) literally had me taken care of in less than 15 min. Again....SIMPLY THE BEST!!!! Isaid, Toni, Simon and the crew(thanks for the video Lee...) have made me a customer FOR LIFE!!! See you guys in 4 years when it's time to grab another Sprinter.
