I recently purchased a new 2025 Sprinter Cargo from Walters Mercedes Sprinter of Riverside, and I can honestly say - it was one of the best car-buying experience Ive ever had! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and transparent.
The staff at Walters Mercedes Sprinter of Riverside were outstanding. My salesperson, Mr Simon Green was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and to this day probably the best guy I closed a deal with at any dealerships across US. He took the time to understand my needs, answered all my questions about the cars features, and guided me through the options without any pressure. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made me feel valued and confident in my decision.
The dealership itself was clean, modern, and well-organized, creating a comfortable environment. The selection of vehicles was impressive, with a wide range of models and trims to choose from. I was particularly impressed by how transparent and flexible they were about pricingno hidden fees or last-minute surprises.
Looking forward to the Post-purchase service. The dealership followed up to check on my satisfaction and offered excellent support for any questions I had.

| Summary: Bought a new Sprinter Cargo Van at Walters automotive. I called to ask if a particular vehicle was in stock and Kayla put me on the schedule for an appointment. When I arrived, my sales rep was with another customer so his assistant Lee showed the new Sprinter van and went for a test drive. Then 30 minutes after meeting with my sales rep Simon G. we agreed to a deal along with manager Isaid B who approved the final deal. Ive bought more than 25 vehicles over the years and this was the first time I felt like I got a good deal that didnt take a whole day or two, too get it done.
Thanks again to Isaid and his team. It was a great experience from start to finish. |

I found out that my Mercedes sprinter need one latch I reached out to him and he took care of it plus other top notch services that he provided me and my wife when we visited their dealership. |

| Summary: Simon Green and Lee Torres were excellent and went above and beyond. They were kind and respectful and professional. I knew the exact van build I wanted and my wife preferred a certain color available at Riverside. Communication from top to bottom was consistent, reliable and responsive. Being in NorCal, I negotiated on the phone at 11am then flew from the Bay Area to Riverside on the next flight at 4pm to sign the paperwork with Lee at the airport at 6pm and got on the plane at 7pm and flew back home for 830pm. Simon will deliver the van using their insured third party vendors direct to our home. Very smooth process and Simon and Lee were there the whole way through. Highly recommend. |
