My recent experience at Lia Infiniti was exceptional, especially due to the service provided by Sami Dawood..He greeted me as I arrived for service, verified what I wanted done, and kept me appraised of status. Once the service was completed, he explained what was performed and the inspection results. He was professional and friendly in every interaction. A true asset to the Lia team!

Sami paid great attention to detail during my service appointment. He has a friendly disposition and takes pride in his work. He noticed adhesive residue remaining on my tires and had that removed. Additionally, a replacement ignition switch was located that day so I did not need to schedule a separate installation appointment.

I am so glad that I do not own an infiniti anymore. The problems that my wife is having with her QX80 from the time she bought it, there has been problems. And Billy in the service department is horrible every time he has her car he says something is wrong; she gets it fixed and comes backs weeks later and he tells her something else is wrong. They are horrible all the good people they had are no longer there so she's stuck with incompetent people. We've been with infiniti for a long time and this is how they treat loyal customers, I wish I could really talk to someone that could get things done right for a change.
