| Summary: The purchasing process was nice and simple, the Internet gentleman kept to his word and followed through with everything I asked for. My only issue was the vehicle was not cleaned interior and exterior good enough and for my patience waiting I should have atleast received a full tank of fuel instead of half a tank. Other then that I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Lia Infiniti and ask for dawn. |

| Summary: I recently took my vehicle to get inspected at Lia Infinity. It was overdue since March. I had been there in March for an oil change and no one noted it was due. I decided to do valet for the first time. That was my downfall. They scheduled my appointment for one and pick up for 1015 in an email. I was at work. After several calls they finally picked the car up at 1 PM, im in albany. I explained that the appointment was at 1 and I leave work at 315. They sent me a text at 3 saying the car will be at my job at 430. I called at 315 saying I leave work at 315. They offered an Uber, I declined. Thank goodness a coworker offered me a lift. I will never use their service department again. I chose their dealership thinking an infinity meant luxury and to be treated a little better. I was wrong. Wish I had chosen wiser. |

| Summary: Went to infinity in latham new york and met with Dawn Ownes. I had been car shopping for a while and looked at many cars. Dawn was very helpful hands on but not pushy. Tried to understand my needs. Once i decided i wanted the car from infinity i had many questions and Dawn patiently answered and helped me understand the process. Would recommend her to eveyone!!! |

The staff went above and beyond to ensure I was able to leave the dealership that day with a my new qx60! From the test drive to the paperwork, everything was handled efficiently and with a personal touch.
I couldnt be happier with my purchase, and I highly recommend Lia Infiniti to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Great people, great service, and an all-around excellent experience! |
