| Summary: Sami Dawood welcomed me into the service area as soon as I arrived, and reviewed my expectations and concerns. When he had all the necessary information, he showed me into the lounge area, where I found refreshments, a television, and a quiet desk area to do some work and make phone calls. When my car was ready, Sami found me in the lounge area, described the maintenance that had been done and escorted me to the cashier. My car was washed and waiting for me at the closest and most convenient door. It was truly one of the least stressful, most pleasant service visits Ive ever had. |
