I had a wonderful car buying experience at Lia Infiniti. My salesperson, Brittany Barr , was very nice, patient, and knowledgeable. She listened to my needs and got me into a newer car than I expected. Everyone from sales, service, and finance went out of there way to make me feel comfortable. Ill definitely be back for any future car purchases

I had a very disappointing experience with Lia INFINITI. I brought my car in expecting professional service, but it turned into a frustrating and expensive situation. They kept my car for 6 days and ultimately did not fix any of the original issues I brought it in for. Despite that, I was charged $1,414, which is extremely hard to justify given the lack of results. To make matters worse, when I got my car back, I was told my window switch was no longer workingeven though it was completely functional when I dropped the car off. The only service that seemed to be done correctly was a coolant flush, but that alone does not justify the cost or the inconvenience I experienced. On top of everything, I was denied a loaner vehicle, which forced me to rely on Ubers to get to work all weekcosting me an additional $200 out of pocket. That added frustration could have easily been avoided with better customer support. Overall, I feel like I paid a significant amount of money just to end up with the same problemsand an extra one. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience and would strongly suggest others proceed with caution.
