| Summary: THEY DO THE RIGHT THING AND STAND BEHIND THEIR CARS. Unfortunately, I had a very unusual negative matter occur in connection with a car I purchased, and their leadership and team, came through. They dealt with it, communicated very effectively and timely, absorbed the facts, took accountability, and resolved the matter in a fair and equitable way. I am excited with my new Porsche Taycan, and no doubt highly recommend Porsche of Riverside, and would go back their again to purchase my next Porsche. | Summary: Porsche Riverside came through for us! We were able to order a 2025 Macan Turbo EV using one of their limited "Demand Orders" that only Premier Dealerships are allocated. It was a long wait - but John Beech was able to guide us through the proposed Tariff confusions and EV Tax Credit. John celebrated with us when we arrived to take possession - with Roses and balloons for my wife! We also received excellent vehicle training from Alex Trujillo in their Tech Services Department. |

| Summary: Rob Owen could not have been better. He bent over backwards to give us exactly what we needed in order to make it work. They were responsive efficient and we drove away with our new car. They had a great selection of colors and models so that within a very short time we were able to make a final decision. We love love love our car. Everything about the experience was excellent. Great show room, fully stocked with snacks coffee and cold water and tons of cars to look at and sit in Thank you for making our dream come true. If you are in search of a car, go here first. Update August 2025: The excellent service doesnt end when you take delivery. Wow! Alexis at the dealership gave me his cell phone for questions. I texted and he followed up so quickly. And he is sending me by fed ex something I left in my trade in car. Thats above and beyond. Definitely a great place to get a car. Thank you everyone. |

| Summary: I recently purchased a Porsche Taycan from Riverside Porsche, and I can confidently say that Alexis Trujillo, one of the Porsche Pro in there made the entire experience exceptional from start to finish. He truly goes above and beyond when it comes to supporting his customers.
Alexis is not just knowledgeable about the vehicleshes incredibly responsive and approachable. Whether I have a question about technical features or something as simple as how to navigate the dashboard, I can always reach out and count on a quick, helpful response. His dedication doesnt stop after the sale either; hes been just as supportive post-purchase, which is rare to find.
What really stood out to me was when I was waiting for an item from the dealerAlexis personally took the initiative to have it shipped to me as a favor. That kind of service shows his genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Alexis. 5 stars all the way. |

| Summary: This is our second Porsche purchase with Rob and his team. We are so grateful for all of his help making our automotive dreams come true. Rob along with his team members Chris and Alexis made this purchase experience our best one ever.
We are out of state customers, so purchasing a car has some extra steps and Porsche Riverside makes that process really seamless.
I would also like to add that Porsche Riverside is working with a local vendor on our behalf for some special requests that we have. The fact that they make that easy for us is much appreciated, but really that is core to their customer service approach. However this time I got some insight into how they work with the vendors behind the scenes and their reputation is fantastic. Its great to know that they really follow their approach not just with the end customer, but with the ecosystem and thats exactly how I try to run my own business.
The delivery experience was wonderful and we did receive the big reveal which was special.
Next, we met Chris and we worked together on the paperwork and identifying which of the special services that Porsche offers with their new cars made sense for our new car and the ownership experience that we want to setup. Chris really helped us understand things and put together the right combination of services for us. Thanks Chris!
And then it was the Alexis show. Alexis took us through everything and helped us get the initial setup completed. Alexis was fully prepared including research he had done around some questions that we had. Another great experience. Thanks Alexis!
My wife and I are passionate about Porsche but most of our lives have been spent with wonderful Porsche cars that were all previously loved prior to our turn together. The opportunity to buy a new model was likely a fantasy for us. Rob helped us get a Macan GTS in 2021 and that was when they were very difficult to find. Porsche Riverside was willing to help us order a beautiful spec and we have been thrilled. This time its a 718 Boxster GTS 4.0 manual transmission. This is a dream car and one of the best cars at any price if you love to drive.
A couple of hours after we left Porsche Riverside in our new car, we were meeting new friends up on the famous Angeles Crest highway at the Newcomb Ranch. The drive back down the mountain was spectacular followed by a great sunset as we drove west towards the beach.
First time driving with top down. Amazing!
