| Summary: THEY DO THE RIGHT THING AND STAND BEHIND THEIR CARS. Unfortunately, I had a very unusual negative matter occur in connection with a car I purchased, and their leadership and team, came through. They dealt with it, communicated very effectively and timely, absorbed the facts, took accountability, and resolved the matter in a fair and equitable way. I am excited with my new Porsche Taycan, and no doubt highly recommend Porsche of Riverside, and would go back their again to purchase my next Porsche. | Summary: Porsche Riverside came through for us! We were able to order a 2025 Macan Turbo EV using one of their limited "Demand Orders" that only Premier Dealerships are allocated. It was a long wait - but John Beech was able to guide us through the proposed Tariff confusions and EV Tax Credit. John celebrated with us when we arrived to take possession - with Roses and balloons for my wife! We also received excellent vehicle training from Alex Trujillo in their Tech Services Department. |

| Summary: Rob Owen could not have been better. He bent over backwards to give us exactly what we needed in order to make it work. They were responsive efficient and we drove away with our new car. They had a great selection of colors and models so that within a very short time we were able to make a final decision. We love love love our car. Everything about the experience was excellent. Great show room, fully stocked with snacks coffee and cold water and tons of cars to look at and sit in Thank you for making our dream come true. If you are in search of a car, go here first. Update August 2025: The excellent service doesnt end when you take delivery. Wow! Alexis at the dealership gave me his cell phone for questions. I texted and he followed up so quickly. And he is sending me by fed ex something I left in my trade in car. Thats above and beyond. Definitely a great place to get a car. Thank you everyone. |

| Summary: I have had the most pleasurable and easiest experience with Porsche at Riverside with Andre Serpoosh. Andre is awesome, The best sales associate. He is extremely knowledgeable and polite and responsive to any questions I had. He makes your life easy. He goes above and beyond for you to make a great deal and I am so blessed to have found him just by chance! I would definitely buy more GT cars from them. Not to mention, everyone else was so amazing, from Alexis the Porsche Pro who built my car to finance dept, Andy. |
