Very helpful throughout transport and delivery. A well organized and customer friendly operation through and through. Significantly better experience than any dealer where I live (SF Bay Area). | Summary: Had a fantastic buying experience here from start-to-finish. Sales manager Jeremy Bishop helped me get a hard-to-find buildable allocation for a desireable Taycan trim back in July. He then kept me informed through the entire build process. When it came time to pick up the car in December, salesman Tony Nguyen made me feel at home and walked me through the entire purchase process and went out of his way to entertain my wife and son while I went through the paperwork. Alexis Trujillo was my customer experience advisor that got me set in the car and didnt leave until all of my questions were answered. Class-act salesteam! |

| Summary: Wow! I can't say enough great things about the team at Porsche Riverside. We had an excellent experience buying a 2023 Cayenne S and they made it worth the trip from Arizona to come see them. They were transparent the whole way and didn't add any junk "product" onto the car like some other dealers do. Everyone from Eric/Jeremy the sales managers; Carlos and Rob our sales team down to Alexis who took some great pictures made it a memorable experience for us. We will be back for our next car. |

| Summary: Seamless, hassle free process from start to finish. Staff were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I liked the ability to get a ball park figure for my trade before making the trip to the dealer. My deal did not need financing and I said at the outset I did not require any service plans, gap insurance etc. To the dealership credit these were never up sold to me. I was thankful that the lost key option was mentioned as I opted for this. Great handover and explanation of the vehicle functions. |
