| Summary: Last Monday I purchased a Porsche Cayenne Turbo S, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. I worked with Carlos Escobedo and Joshua Vigil, and from the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of. I had a 2.5-hour Uber ride getting there because of traffic, so I really appreciated how seamless everything was once I walked in. The dealership has recently been remodeled and it looks great--clean, modern, and well organized. Most importantly, everything that was promised happened exactly as discussed. They had the vehicle detailed and ready upon my arrival, answered every question I had, and I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Honestly, it didn't even feel like a "transaction"--it felt like working with professionals who respected my time and wanted to deliver a great experience. I spent 20 years in the auto industry before retiring a little over two years ago (I now work alongside my wife supporting her businesses), so I know what true professionalism looks like. I've been to many Porsche dealerships and have even been profiled or ignored before--that was absolutely not the case here. The entire team treated me with respect and provided top-tier service. Everything was excellent, and I couldn't be happier. I love my Porsche! |
