No sales pressure at all and Chris did not push other products on me; he gave me choices based on his vast years of experience. This was a great car buying experience and I was well attended to. I highly recommend Carlos and Chris and Porsche Riverside. Alexis spent his time with me to familiarize me with all the buttons, switches and inner workings of the car. |

| Summary: Exceptional customer service at Porsche Riverside!! My sales team, Carlos Escobedo and Rob Owens went ABOVE and BEYOND for me, they both delivered on an exquisite sales experience through and through!! Rob test drove 4 cars with me until I found "the one" and worked with me on a gazillion financing scenarios until it was the right fit, and has been there to answer my trillion questions with my Porsche lol. On the day of the sale, Carlos personally picked me up to take delivery of my car and beat my expectations on getting me the best deal with Finance. Additionally, the Finance Manager Andy was soooo NICE and made the financing experience seamlessly easy!! I am completely OBSESSED with my Porsche Taycan and beyond the moon thrilled and happy to own a Porsche thanks to this team of ROCKSTARS!! | Summary: Wow I couldn't be more impressed. My sales rep. Carlos Escobedo was great. Walked me through the order to make sure everything was correct, made some great suggestions and insisted I drive one to try it out! No dealer markup bs, he just set the price, took my deposit and put in the order. Can't get easier or more pleasant than that!
