| Summary: THEY DO THE RIGHT THING AND STAND BEHIND THEIR CARS. Unfortunately, I had a very unusual negative matter occur in connection with a car I purchased, and their leadership and team, came through. They dealt with it, communicated very effectively and timely, absorbed the facts, took accountability, and resolved the matter in a fair and equitable way. I am excited with my new Porsche Taycan, and no doubt highly recommend Porsche of Riverside, and would go back their again to purchase my next Porsche. Thank you Jeff (GM), Eric, Taylor, Alexis and Carlos! You guys are a great team and I greatly appreciate all your professionalism. |

| Summary: Hello, Carlos was absolutely wonderful he was very patient.He gave me space so I can decide on an SUV or 718 He was very knowledgeable and Answered every question I had with a smile. Adam in finance was also absolutely amazing. He explained everything thoroughly. He also recommended a few things and explained the reason why which was great. This Porsche dealership had excellent customer service. I highly recommend this dealership the only downfall their snack area as we all know when we are at a dealership it takes a while and I was so hungry. I wish they had a variety of chips cookies, coffee, or even a vending machine or a soda machine that would be helpful other than that I give them a 10
Well Im not going to knock down my review but I will say. I asked for the front bottom to be fixed and painted from the scratches from previous owner and it did stipulate in the contract for the scuffs on the front bottom bumper to be repaired and for my car to be washed before I drive it out of the dealership Carlos, my salesman said its been here for a week and we put new back tires on it and did the maintenance. I will wash it fill the tank and youre ready to go. I will call you so you can drop off the car we will provide you with a courtesy car in the meantime. So contract was signed waited on my car. Another salesman came and said Carlos was busy with another customer. My tank wasnt full. My car wasnt washed so I followed Carlos to the gas station My fianc filled up the car Porsche did pay for it, but I feel all this shouldve been done.I dropped my car off on Wednesday .Didnt really get to enjoy it . They had my car for quite a while. I drove it home the following Tuesday . I literally got on the floor and looked at the tires they dont look new and I also looked under the hood and seen they only fixed 6 inches when they couldve gone all the way around the front bottom which was stated on the contract front bottom I have the contract. I cant believe they had my car that long for the minimal repair that was done. My car still was not washed it had leaves and dried dirt in the door jams, popcorn under seats and floor inside. I called and told Omar, I was not happy then Dan manager called me around 8 am or so and said I hear youre not happy ? he said he will take care of it. He will look into things and call me back. I called him 3 times. He never returned my call so I drove down there at 2:30 PM. He was gone. I spoke to another manager that was referred by Omar and he told me it was only stipulated in the contract to fix the right side which is not correct its stipulates front bottom scuffs and to be washed. So again look at your contract my contract stated repair scuffed lower bumper to me that means entire bumper. The manager I talk to cared less. Im saddened that the Excitement I had turned bitter I paid 250 dollars to get a complete detail And now I just have to save to repair this myself. Which is wrong it is stated in my purchase contract repair bottom scuffs.Porsche I feel you can provide better customer service. I still Think youre a great dealership but you failed me in your customer service department. I really feel they should be repaired by you. Please look at my contract. It does not state repair right side like youre Sales manager stated it states repair bottom front scuffs.
