| Summary: Our service advisor was William Barbaro, extremely friendly and professional. Everyone at this dealership is very courteous. I appreciate the fact that I can obtain a loaner vehicle in order for me to run my errands and this doesn't interrupt my schedule. The waiting area is always clean with tons of snacks available to the customers, (love the Welchs grape juice). We love the video that is taken during the inspection and then sent to us to view, very thorough. |

| Summary: Ive owned several Porsche Cayennes over the years and have worked with many Porsche dealerships throughout the Los Angeles area. When it came time to lease my fifth Cayenne, I decided to expand my search beyond LAand Im so glad I did. Thats when I connected with Juan Bautista at Porsche Riverside.
Simply put, Juan is the best salesperson Ive ever worked with.
From the very beginning, he was incredibly responsive, professional, and patient as I worked through getting the best possible deal. In my experience, many salespeople in the LA area take hoursor even daysto respond to calls or emails. Juan consistently responded within minutes, which immediately set him apart.
He also went to bat for me with the general manager to secure a great deal. Once we finalized the terms, Juan even emailed the paperwork ahead of time so that my appointment the next day would be quick and efficient. I truly appreciated how much he respected and valued my time.
Juans knowledge of the Cayenne was outstanding. He walked me through all of the updates and new features compared to my previous model and made sure I was completely comfortable with the vehicle before I left.
The entire process was seamless and enjoyable from start to finish. I also had the pleasure of meeting the sales manager, Jeremy Bishop, who was extremely friendly and welcoming.
Juan and the entire team at Porsche Riverside delivered one of the best car-buying experiences Ive ever had. I highly recommend them and will absolutely be back for my next Porsche. |

| Summary: I dont understand how they have such a high review rating on google. I called on February the 9th, today is march 4th, I texted them my vin number as they requested, I wanted to know how much it would cost to replace my fuel pressure regulator on my car. No one called me back with a price. Ive called them back 3 times so far, and on one occasion I was able to talk to the service advisor Henry who was handling my case, he said hell call me back right after lunch when his tech comes back, This was a week ago, and I still havent heard from anyone. The reason why I gave 2 stars is because they actually answer the phone when you call, not that they call you back. They should at least have the decency to tell me theyre not interested in working on my 2007 Porsche gt3 because maybe they are used to working on newer models? Or whatever the reason is, its very disappointing from a Porsche dealer to get this kind of service, or lack of. |
