| Summary: This dealership honored my warranty and so I incurred no cost to repair my water pump and emergency brake motor on my 2021 Cayenne. When I called the dealership the receptionist indicated my warranty had expired, but William Barbaro in the Service Department quickly verified for me that my warranty had not run, scheduled an appointment for me, helped me procure a loaner vehicle, and kept me abreast of the status of the repairs. I am very happy with the service he provided, including the repairs that were done, and intend to buy my next Porsche from Porsche Riverside. |

First let me start out by saying this is a 5 Star Porsche Dealership hands down. I want to acknowledge the people that help me with my purchase and made my experience exceptional. Let me start out by telling you that Tony Nguyen has been my go to sales guy at Porsche of Riverside. Tony has been on point with his service and attention to detail every time. He has gone above and beyond while representing this amazing place with class.
After deciding on our vehicle , we met with one of the best finance managers ever, Andy Bartoli. Andy is great, he help me close the deal with the options I wanted. In closing Porsche Of Riverside has put together a great team, needless to say I will be coming back when I'm ready for an upgrade. Shout out to Eric Lafever the Sales Manager, they are always willing to work with us and always treat my family and I with respect.
I Highly recommend Porsche of Riverside.

Andrew Villanueva Was quick to take my car in and listen to my current issue and acknowledge what was previously done to help further diagnose and repair. Again they were very quick to offer a loaner car. I always like the video summation they give you about your car. Car was clean as promised when I picked it up. I have no complaints and I will continue to bring my car back here again. |
