I usually hate going to car dealerships because of the high-pressure sales tactics, but my experience with Jason Cai at Porsche of Riverside was completely different. I met Jason while I was out looking at cars, and he was immediately very nice and easy to talk to about the Macan Electric I was interested in.
I drove out twice for test drives, and Jason made the whole process smooth and stress-freeno aggressive sales pitch, no hovering. He was kind, patient, and genuinely easy to work with. Even though I unfortunately didnt end up purchasing a car this time, I will absolutely go back to Porsche of Riverside and ask for Jason when Im ready and able to buy a Macan Electric.
If youre looking for a sales associate who respects your time and doesnt use pushy tactics, Jason is your guy. |

| Summary: Big leap of faith for me, something I have Never done or ever dreamed of doing, purchased my car from Riverside from an online ad and out of state no less ! I knew exactly what I was looking for having owned the same model, so that helped. But the salesman was the real rock star Javier Parada was honest, attentive and walked me through the whole process. He sent video of the outside & inside of vehicle, noting any imperfections ( rock chips, minor scraps etc) very detailed.When the vehicle I chose didn't work out due to an accessory that I wanted and it did not have, Javier was honest, did not sway or push me to buy it, instead he found another vehicle in the same price range with everything I was looking for. He didnt waste me time showing me vehicles that would not fit my requirements. He listened to what I wanted and found me a nicer vehicle than I originally called on.He answered my questions and texts even on his day off. When the car arrived it was exactly as shown in videos. No hidden issues. My best friend was shocked that I bought a car online, as she knows I have very little trust in humanity these days.Javier & Riverside gave me some faith back. Thank you very much for everything ! |

| Summary: Ive leased a few Porsches from nearby dealers but this was my first and last from Porsche Riverside. Jeremy and his sales team will tell you anything to make themselves money. They will tell you a car has Stargard installed and its $1495 and mandatory, only to find out the next day it never had a stargard system installed. Was told all tires replaced, the three weeks after buying find out rear tires were worn and 6 years old. Car broke a month after leasing from them, its been in the shop a month. Asked them to put me in a different lease and they refused, said call Porsche and deal with them. Lots of lies and poor customer service all around, many other dealers in the area that care about the customer, these guys clearly do not and could care less about the customers safety putting them on the road with these tires they should be ashamed |
