| Summary: I recently took delivery of my 2025 Targa 4GTS. I couldn't be more happier with it, but more importantly the process was flawless. I live in San Diego and I originally approached the local Porsche dealership and they tired to sell me a different model which I had no interest in. Luckily, as I continued to shop around I connected with Tony Nguyen at Porsche of Riverside. This is when the fun started. He was upbeat, optimistic and was able to find the car of my choice. We negotiated a price over the phone and I took delivery 2 months later. He kept in touch with me and addressed all my concerns. When I signed the paperwork the numbers were exactly what we agreed upon and there was no Mickey Mouse shenanigans. Tony is straight forward, knowledgeable, direct to the point and very likable. I definitely would look for Tony on your Porsche needs, you won't be disappointed.

| Summary: Today I called and spoke w Rob - online sales. Chatted briefly about the 911 targa that just became available. We agreed to set up a live video call to look at the car. What happened? No show. I called several times and eventually someone else picked up the call and said Rob was w a customer despite having committed to meet with me virtually to do a video walkthru of the car.
I called one more time and this time when I asked for the GM who replied to my initial Yelp review to share my experience w Rob and I got directed to another person - Jacob. What did Jacob do? Commit to getting back to me on a few items. What happened? Zilch. Nada.
Both Rob and Jacob have one objective in mind: to shoo away customers. Instead of trying to build a connection they open the EXIT door WIDE for customers.
Mind the reader, this is a follow up to my initial review posted in 2024. Not much has changed.
Pls readers do yourself a BIG favor and don't even bother trying to walk through a door that reads enter. You're better off at Porsche South Bay or Porsche Palm Springs. They at LEAST will take a customer's call...and try to build a rapport... |

| Summary: Rob Owen and team were awesome to work with. My auto delivered 3 months ahead of originally projected date, while I was traveling for work and family. They were most accommodating with my availability and for transfer date when I could be back in California, patient, in constant contact.
Best of all, this order through Porsche Riverside was entirely free of allocation issues. Specified the car, ordered the car, received info on its build and transit in a timely manner via the app and email. A belated birthday present of this amazing auto with a chameleon skin that tells time of day and lighting.
I highly recommend this dealer. Would order another car next week if I could. :-) |

He was very easy to work with, very respectful and very friendly. We did not feel pressured. His attitude towards his customer is to be commended. He never hesitated to answer our questions even on his days off. I highly recommend Juan to any of our friends!!!
