I had a bad experience and sent the following email to the service manager and he never responded. This tells you how they treat you if you had not bought the car from them. Actually, I was going to trade in and buy another one and got a quote for trade in from David. After this experience, I have changed my mind not to pursue my purchase with them. Dear Mr. Tow, I brought my car for service and picked it up just now. I got the message switch account or continue as guest. I was unable to. I went back to service and talked to Mr. William and he asked me if I know my e mail and password. I told him that I don’t remember my password. He asked me if I had bought the car here and I said no. He told me to call them. I asked why not help me here and he said the man who does that is not here. I asked him to give me 800 number for Porsche and I called them while sitting in your parking lot. It took Cynthia one minute and she helped me to switch the account to my name. She told me that I should not have been treated like this. Regards.

It's a very different experience here compared with other Porsche dealers I've experienced with it is a homie environment is family operated and is not the typical type of sorry to say snooty environment of other dealerships they genuinely care about making sure that clients are satisfied and give the best honest service and that you leave happy and satisfied definitely not the typical car dealership experience that people dread. I was in an accident that totaled my auto.....I only had it for a few months and loved it......Rob our salesman was super helpful in finding me a replacement in just a few days and drove it to my house! I also feel the car did its job in keeping me safe.... I was hit by a DUI driver.... Highly recommend Porsche of Riverside and Rob our amazing salesman

Sadly have to update my review. I still love my car, however the dealership wanted more money and recommended a service called eckbond for everything related to car dings and scrapes. I requested the company to fix 2 scrapes and they said it would only be included in the “Eckbond plus membership”. However I am paying a monthly fee for it. This upsell feels like a scam and don’t recommend doing business that way. Big thank you to Edwin and Josh for getting me into my dream car. I really appreciate you both. Overall great experience!

Amazing service dept. I dealt with the advisor William Barbaro. the problem was dead AC. another Porsche dealer service dept. could NOT diagnose or fix the problem ... but in riverside Porsche service dept, all diagnostics and repairs were done exactly as they said they would.. good job Porsche riverside.
