| Summary: I dont normally write a lot of reviews but when a business gives you exemplary service these days, I feel like it should be shared.
I live an hour from this dealership and there are two other Porsche dealerships much closer to my home. Ive taken my cars into service at both of those dealerships and the experience has ranged from mediocre to poor.
I visited Porsche Riverside because I purchased my latest car from them and to get a second opinion on a fault I had on the dash. The previous dealership stated a sensor module needed to be replaced, that it wasnt covered under factory warranty, and that they would be happy to fix it for $9,000. They had my car for two weeks to come up with this conclusion. I then brought my car here and not only was I treated with courtesy and respect like they were happy I was there, they also reprogrammed the existing module covered under warranty.
Just because you have the money to enjoy these amazing cars doesnt mean that you should be cheated. Do yourself a favor and avoid the major dealer conglomerates that dont care about you and bring your business to a place that truly cares about your experience and shares the passion of these great cars. |

| Summary: My Purchase from Javier Parada at Porsche Riverside was a Very good experience. I have been buying cars for 51 years and always dread the back and forth game, inflating the price adding on unwanted extras and services, and then having to fight to get back to the right price. But this deal was perfect. Javier was polite and professional and easy going. He said, I am no pressure, and the dealership is no pressure and the one item that was added to the sticker was immediately removed when I said I was not interested. The car was priced right, was super clean and what I called a Unicorn spec that I would have built myself.
The closing of the deal with Sales Manager Jeremy Bishop and Finance Manager Chris Alcocer was also easy, professional and with zero pressure.
I did a new car walk around with Porsche Pro Alexis Trujillo. He explained the functions of the car, set up the Porsche App and connected my device to the car...it was a very thorough car familiarization and by far the easiest get-started new car experience. The "White Glove" door to door Shipping was arranged and I even received a video of my new joy being loaded on to the enclosed carrier.
I am impressed with how Porsche Riverside conducts business and how the Sales Staff treats the customer. I would not hesitate to recommend Porsche Riverside to my friends and family and certainly would return for another purchase. 5 Stars and a Thank YOU from me for a Great experience. |

| Summary: I purchased a Porsche Macan from this dealership and late August. Its now the end of January and I still not have received a copy of my registration and my registration is due the end of February. I have spoken to multiple sales agents, multiple finance managers, and they keep giving me the excuse that they will email Their dmv clerk, so that she can send me a copy of the receipt registration. They keep giving me the runaround. I havent received a copy my registration. I have purchased a car for Walter Mercedes-Benz and I had zero absolutely zero issues with them. I dont know whats so difference All Im looking for is a copy of my registration so that I can pay my tags and Im not driving illegally Like I am now with no registration totally unsatisfied They will never earn my business or anybodys businesses that I know.. |

| Summary: This is a first-rate dealership. It is well worth the drive from anywhere in Southern California and even beyond. My brand ambassador was Carlos Escobedo and he is excellent. He was ready and prepared for my initial test drive and then followed up on another car the next week. Although he was very busy, he managed to juggle multiple clients expertly. |

From the beginning I searched the Porsche I want, he responded right away explain in detail what car is available and sent me the information right away. until we reach to talk about the price of the vehicle I want. He helped me get the price I want to pay, and boom I drove the car out of their lot with a big smile on my face. I am glad I encountered Tony. Very knowledgeable about cars and how to treat a customer.
