On the down side, Edwin needs to work on his communication skills and consider that he is selling a 6 figure cars not grocery item. Impatience was noticed, and attempts to rush the process that made me hesitate to complete the process until Jeremy got involved. |

| Summary: I sought out the sales manager to tell him what an excellent job Juan Torres did in helping me lease a Taycan. He was very knowledgeable and responsive---really going the extra mile. The car had just arrived at the store and he coordinated the CPO/detailing processes while guiding me through my first leasing experience. The process was so smooth, it was worth my while to drive 100 miles from home to pick up the car. |
