| Summary: I had a battery problem with my 911 Carrera S. Hadn't driven the car in 3 weeks, and sure enough the battery went dead. As all 911 owners know, there is a whole procedure required to jump and charge the battery. Porsche Roadside Assistance came out, but didn't have the correct equipment. Long story short, after I went to Porsche Riverside for help, Service Advisor Andrew and shop foreman Mike solved my problem ASAP. Mike even came to my house (!!) with the gear necessary to get me back on the road. Talk about going the extra mile (literally) with customer service...totally impressed with these gentlemen. |

| Summary: We bought a Macan S. As we were given the key, we notice that the wrap on the hood and driver mirror had come loose and accumulated dirt. When we pointed this out, we were told that make an appointment and they would fix it. When we brought the car back we were told all the could do is cut the bad area on the hood and to completely removed the film from the mirror and if I wanted it re-wrapped it would cost me $300. The big boss told me it came this way from the factory and I would have to contact them directly for any further action. I spent almost 100k and they would not pay $300 to make me happy. I will take to a dealer closer to my home. Buy from them, but do not service with them. Obviously, I would never buy anything from them. |
