| Summary: Call This # dealership they did not have AI answering their phones and they were very kind and they also did the service that I was looking for and I wasnt downgrade it and talked like I was a two year-old by people that think they know more than everybody else they were actually very human and very kind all the way to the service advisor, Henry Good people highly recommend them |

| Summary: Tony Nguyen at Porsche Riverside was wonderful to work with and made the car purchasing process efficient and pleasant. We are very self-sufficient car purchasers and do not like to be bothered beyond having someone answer our questions completely and timely. Tony Nguyen was always immediately responsive to inquiries but understood my explicit instructions that I didn't want phone calls or texts "checking in" on my car buying process. He respectfully left things in my court to contact him. Therefore, I did. He made the actual transaction process as quick as he possibly could. We will seek out Tony at the point we are considering another car purchase. |

| Summary: 3 year maintainence due, where do I go? I go see Henry Quezada at Prosche Riverside. Henry is just plan great. Always ready for me, loaner car wiaint for me. He keeps me informed of the status of my 911.. There was a charge upon my return of the loaner car, I was charged for gas even though I filled it to the level when I received the car. Gave Henry a call about it, he got to the bottom of it and my charge disappeared. Each time I have been there I have had an outstanding experience. I have been invited to several events, all very enjoyable and fun. Porsche Riverside is the place to be. |

| Summary: I purchased my 911 Carrera S in 2019. from the Riverside dealership. I LOVE IT !!! I have since started to get service from the Ontario Car dealership. they were more business like and I didn't get the "man attitude" that the Riverside dealership had. "purists"... meanwhile, I have now been told that my car is not able to get any navigation updates!!! since 2019 there has been a whole lot of building in the inland empire......and I have no navigation. ive been told that it will be up to me to replace my navigation in order to be updated. AT MY COST!! every other model has updates.......whats up with that? so I called Jon Kleinle, the hand of power at Riverside for a chat. That conversation never happened. I called at least 5 times, was assured 4 of those times he would call back.........NEVER TO HAPPEN. Is this how you run your business Jon? My husband comes in there and buys me a $180,000 car and you snub me!!! BTW.....did I tell you who my husband is? Look up Ike Bootsma, EASTVALES founding father and Mayor 4 times. My car is beautiful and has a special effect on the body. I don't think it is fair that I have to replace my navigation with a totally new radio.....AT MY COST. Everybody else get updates. I call Jon to get his take on this, and was ignored, put on hold, lied to and completely ignored. | Summary: You spend so much money on these vehicles 160+ and you dont expect to hear from the scheduling girl we cant look at it until the end of the week and we dont have any loners either. I call Ontario and she says two weeks. Not when ford will take you right in. Land Rover rents you a vehicle when they dont have loaners. Henry Quesada is the reason why Im giving them 5 stars. A neutral guy that seems like he will provide great service to anyone that walks through the door not on who ever he feels like or whenever he feels like unlike most folks. He got my car in and provided a loaner. Thank you. |
