Also the last time the car was in, items went missing and when I followed up no response or accountability. My dash camera was also unplugged so could not capture it |

| Summary: Poor communication, lack of knowledge, poor follow up, not 1 call, no manager intervention. Seems like I was dealing with a Kia dealer on a 10k car. Instead i was trying to buy 150k car and the sales person knew 0 about the car and I've spent 2 weeks trying to buy it. Management needs to do some serious training. Calling Porsche Experience also to file a complaint. Id stay clear of this joke of a place. |

| Summary: I actually came in just to service my car today, and while I was walking around the showroom I happened to take a quick look at some of the cars. Jason Cai noticed me right away and came over to chat.
After a short conversation, he really understood exactly what I was looking for and recommended a car that matched all of my needs perfectly. On top of that, he went straight to the manager and got me a price that I didnt even feel the need to negotiate.
Everything was incredibly smooth from start to finish, we completed the entire process and I drove the car home within 3 hours. This is honestly my favorite kind of car-buying experience: simple, efficient, and straightforward.
Jason Cai is fantastic (and he speaks Chinese!), very direct and professional. The whole dealership provided excellent service with great attention to detail. I even accidentally left one of my keys at home, and they were kind enough to personally come pick it up so I didnt have to make another trip.
The service was so impressive that I felt like I had to leave a review to recommend them. Highly recommend Jason Cai and this dealership! |

| Summary: Javier, Rob and Josh were very friendly, personable folks that worked as a good team for my recent Porsche acquisition. I was out of state, and the documents process was efficient, sending me items overnight multiple times and arranging a notary on a Sunday. The big snafu was with delivery - I was told usually next day pick up, it took 6 days, and my multiple offers to use a personal broker who always picks up next day was not honored. An attempt to discuss this after the fact with the sales managers failed, didn't get a call back after leaving a message with front desk staff, and an email. The add-on services process felt rushed (probably on purpose), would have liked time to read over the offerings in advance. Overall I would def go to this dealership again, but a little more aware of their strengths and areas of improvement. |

| Summary: Our service advisor was William Barbaro, extremely friendly and professional. Everyone at this dealership is very courteous. I appreciate the fact that I can obtain a loaner vehicle in order for me to run my errands and this doesn't interrupt my schedule. The waiting area is always clean with tons of snacks available to the customers, (love the Welchs grape juice). We love the video that is taken during the inspection and then sent to us to view, very thorough. |
