| Summary: I recently brought my vehicles in for service and had a really strong experience with the team at Porsche Riverside. Henry and Andrew were excellent to work with. They were responsive, clear in their communication, and made sure everything was handled the right way.
They walked me through the service work in plain terms, kept me updated throughout the process, and delivered exactly when they said they would. It was organized and professional, but also easy.
I also want to recognize the service management team. I brought up a concern that technically did not require immediate action, but instead of deferring it, they stepped in and went above and beyond to address it. They did not have to take it on the way they did, yet they chose to resolve it proactively. That level of commitment and follow through stood out.
Overall, a very well managed service experience. I appreciate the professionalism from Henry, Andrew, and the broader service leadership team. I will absolutely return for all my future service. Thanks guys! |
