| Summary: Had an experience w the Acura body shop due to a delayed part causing me 3 months before my car would be completed. After months of frustration, I called Crown Acura to explain the situation since thats who I leased it through. Mike Patton was able to get me into a new MDX, same package, but 2 years newer for a cheaper rate than my 2024. Im relieved to be in a new car today and back to normalcy. Mike was helpful all day. John Luebke the finance guy got me done w the paperwork in 20 minutes. I recommend this dealership, not so much the body shop |

Just got my first Acura at CROWN Acura in Clearwater. Chris Duncanson was my sales consultant and he was great. I always walk into dealerships with my guard up, ready for a hard sell. Chris was not like that at all! Very helpful, LISTENED to my questions and answered them all to my satisfaction. If he did not have an answer he made sure I got one before I left. Not pushy at all. He was with us at pick up and delivery and helped make that process seamless. Love my new RDX! I highly recommend you talk with Chris at Crown Acura if you are shopping for an Acura and are looking for a no pressure experience.
Review update - downgrading a bit due to my financing experience. I had received no paperwork on my auto loan, so I had to ask for that after the fact. The paperwork had no information on logistics of paying the loan installments. It is now two weeks from my first payment and I still had no information on who to pay or where to send the payment. I asked the finance person and I was told that Honda was the company my loan was financed through and that I should contact them. No contact information, links or anything. So I gave up and researched it myself and set up my account, etc. on my own. But really this should have been all explained and information provided on the day I bought the car. Just be sure you have everything before you leave the dealership, and you know who to pay and when to pay it. |
