| Summary: So I bought my 2025 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali from this Crown Acura dealer in February of 2025. Jeremy Stebbins, the service advisor, handled my 9H Triton Ceramic package back then after my purchase. This year, I noticed my truck had water marks and swirls and so I contacted him to see if I could enact the 9H warranty and have it re-applied. Not only did he come through for me, but they gave me an Acura MDX for a loaner vehicle, and even better, I got my truck back the same day of drop off. I was so impressed at the outcome of the truck and how "new" it looked, both inside and out. Not only was Jeremy very helpful and answered all my questions, but his team did a fantastic job of making my truck look great!! The entire process was seamless. When customer service exceeds expectations, it is worth mentioning. Great experience!! |
