| Summary: I recently had my first service visit, plus safety recall on my Jeep Grand Cherokee 4XE. Hannah Wilson was my service advisor. She greeted my promptly, and had my vehicle checked in very quickly. She told me what they planned to do with my vehicle, and the estimated amount of time they needed. I asked if she could give me a text when the service work was completed. She said she would, and she did. Hannah had my vehicle waiting for me when I arrived back at the dealer. I hope that Hannah Wilson will be my service advisor on my next visit to the dealership. |

| Summary: Horrible mistake after I bought my 2019 jeep Cherokee limited I've had nothing but issues from the display to the panoramic roof leaking and listening to water ride down the entire ceiling. Waste of 30,000 and would never buy another jeep and the worse part is all dealerships don't cover your warranty. I was told to take it back to the original dealership over 5 hrs away even the service is horrible |

| Summary: We recently purchased a Jeep Gladiator and worked with Randy Ringler during the process. He made the entire experience seamless and stress-free!! Randy was professional, knowledgeable, and caring. He took care of us, answering each of our questions honestly. The process was easier than we expected and pretty much stress free. He valued our time and guided us through all the steps and ensured we understood what to do next.
