| Summary: I scheduled a service appointment because this dealership was offering an oil change, tire rotation/balance and inspection for $79.95. Despite selecting the promotion from their website and mentioning it when I checked in, the service desk clerk generated an invoice for over twice that amount. When I pointed out the discrepancy, I was told that "they couldn't do anything about it" because I "didn't present the coupon when I checked in"--ignoring the fact that there is no physical coupon to present. When I was finally able to speak with the service manager on duty, they reiterated the clerk's rhetoric. Combined with the 2+ hour wait, I have no intention of ever returning to this dealership. |
