| Summary: I purchased a 2025 Genesis GV70 from Crown less than a week ago. I traveled from Mississippi to their dealership in Cleveland TN. I was printed a Car fax that showed a previous damage to the underpinning but was told it was repaired. When I got there everything went smoothly but as soon as I left the lot the underpinning fell and the brake light alert flashed across the dashboard. The brakes were not working properly at that point. I immediately stopped and call my salesman Mr. Chase Perry to inform him of the problem. The only option given was to call roadside assistance to take me back to Mississippi. I requested to return the car, but was denied request. Apparently the 7 day/ 500 mile retros not for a full refund. It only allow you to trade for another car on the lot. That made me upset that you guarantee great service with warranty but did not follow through. The ink was even dry on the paperwork. He did not offer to help me while stranded with a SUV he just sold to me less than a hour ago. To make matters worse, I made an appointment with Genesis in Mississippi and was told the ABS system has malfunction, water pump is bad, and the underpinning needs replacing. I feel as if it was all about the money and not the quality. I wish to warn everyone not to purchase a vehicle at Crown in Cleveland TN. |

| Summary: Took a truck that I purchased from them to get repaired three months after owning spent $1800 for repair picked up last Friday worked for seven days and now having the same issue again that I just spent $1800 for them to fix the professionalism was not on point the value and what they provided was not on point and clearly the workmanship that they did was not on point they really missed the mark on this one cannot believe how you charge $1800 which is premium price for the type of repair they did and now we have problems with it within seven days Fully unacceptable truly disappointed |

| Summary: Went in for warranty work on my 2013 wrangler, as usual the service team was excellent at fixing my issues and provided detailed list of upcoming scheduled maintenance. My service advisor is Hannah Wilson who by far has been the best service advisor I have had in years there. Thank you so much for everything you do for your customers |
