| Summary: My wife and I purchased our used Ram Longhorn from Chase and could not have asked for a better experience. We explained that we normally do not purchase at dealerships, but rather have the cars delivered to our home and that we would not sit through the usual car purchase experience because of past negative experiences at other dealerships, especially with the shady practices of the typical F&I guys. He took the time to walk us through the entire experience and catered to our wishes not to sit in a cubicle and even made sure that their own F&I person knew our expectations. We compromised on a fair price for the truck, he completed all the paperwork on our behalf, and even the handoff and experience through signing the documents was painless, transparent, and was a genuine, no pressure experience. Very well done guys, a perfect experience, and our purchase could not have been handled better. |

| Summary: We have always bought our cars from this dealer, the last 5 to be exact. Everyone is great, they are all so helpful. My wife had a recall on her car and they schedules to replace part but the service tech decided it was a good idea to touch the whole ceiling of the car with oil all over hands and left stains. We let dodge know and with the help of Hannah and the manager Alfonso they made sure to make it right. We dropped off the car and they did a detail cleaning on the car and left it brand new. All we wanted was stain on roof gone but they went above and beyond. We are very thankful for this helpful staff and how quickly they both responded and took care of it. Thank you. |

| Summary: I brought my jeep by there to have the transmission programmed. They said something was wrong with the computer. Maybe so they changed a bunch of stuff. They didn't change the computer. It cost me a $1000. And it's still not running, right. I don't think they knew what they were doing.And it cost me a thousand dollars.
If I want to go back and have them, look at it.It will cost me two hundred dollars just to look at it, the fixed mess.They messed up.
Also they tore my starter up. It's made a grinding noise ever since they worked on it.
Worst car dealer.I've ever dealt with or mechanic.
If you want to spend a thousand dollars and them not fix your car, make sure you go here.
I'm going to contact c e o s over the whole company and write the managers.

| Summary: I just purchased a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee and had an outstanding experience working with Colby Evans, Brandon Morgan, and Jacob Buckner. From start to finish, they were professional, attentive, and genuinely great to work with.
What stood out the most was how comfortable they made the entire process. They never once made me feel rushed, pressured, or talked down tosomething that unfortunately happens too often in this industry. Instead, they were patient, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to accommodate every need I had.
Ive owned several luxury vehicles from different brands, and I can honestly say the level of service I received here surpasses any dealership experience Ive had. That says a lot.
