Car went in for a service recall it had which they had to switch out airbags. Whoever worked on my car didnt notice his hands all full of black oil type substances and decided they were going to touch the roof all around from the front to the back and even the middle area of roof with out hands and leave it just like that because who cares I guess thats normal. We have light tan roof inside car and now have to figure out how Im going to clean this! Sales people here specially Brian have always been great but the service department is a mess and careless!!! I have picture and videos which I will be adding everywhere to make everyone aware of how bad they care for cars while there!!!

Hannah was excellent for my wife and I. It was my wife's car there so I was trying my best to not give or get the wrong information, but Hannah understood our needs getting the appointment and initial service set up. She also was able to help us get the new tires that we needed, an alignment, and an oil change, too. We will be going back this week for a few other minor service needs. Again, Hannah was great and the rest of the staff there that worked on the car were fantastic, too.

Our salesman, Colby Evans was so helpful and super friendly! We also enjoyed meeting Jacob Buckner, the used car manager, he was transparent and easy to talk to. Both guys were very helpful and explained things articulately. I actually felt listened to and felt like the process was smooth sailing of buying our car from Crown Cleveland.

Oh, this one is for the record books! I've got to preface this comment with stating that the original sales team who sold my daughter her vehicle were pretty great! She was sold the vehicle that she chose with little issues. She was, however displeased with the make and model of the vehicle after driving it for a few days. She communicated this to the sales team during the preceding week. She was told to bring the vehicle back on Saturday under the 7 day purchase guarantee. Perfect. We had no idea that the sales date was day 0. Bet. We head to the dealership the next morning. Awaiting our arrival was the newly promoted manager who stood at the entrance with his arms folded. After basic pleasantries, the manager proceeded to inform us that the guarantee expired the previous evening and that he made several attempts to contact my daughter on the previous evening. Upon checking her missed calls, she saw none. The manager started screaming at my daughter that he can show her his call logs and that she signed a contract. My daughter screamed back that she never missed a call and that she was not told those details during the week. As a father, there are 2 choices when someone screams at your daughter, one of which I declined. I asked to take the emotion out of the equation so that we could rectify this situation. I couldn't believe that this was how I would spend my day, trying to be professional for this person. We were then escorted to the side lot to examine a few cars that she expressed interest in and we were allowed to test drive the requested vehicle. Once we parked, I popped the hood and discovered a design flaw that caused rust damage to many of the support bolts under the hood. Bet. The manager was shown the damage and he stated that the 2 cars that we saw would be sent to the auction. Of course, they were still on the website a week later. We were also told that we had to deal with them exclusively to trade the car for one that she liked. Both were unfortunate untruths. We traded the car a week later at NorthShore Auto Gallery. The people there were great... and no YELLING!!! All facts. All true. Have fun!!!
