| Summary: Sales great- any follow ups phone calls answered whether service dept or sales after the fact, management, terrible. Messed up my jeep bc they decided to wash with a garage broom- had the coating put on it-twice bc it got messed up- fenders scratched- inside with spots- new management let same guy redo it- still looks awful. Called service for two weeks straight- no return or follow up calls-called CEO in Tampa-twice- no return call. Video, texts, and more of bad service to include the new GM making some very distasteful comments to the point of my husband calling him out-highly suggest anyone wanting a Jeep to go to ringgold or elsewhere for service and purchasing- apparently everyones a number here and not taking calls from anyone bc theyre too busy on their cells and walking around outside.. |
