| Summary: Charged me $210 for a diagnostic; quoted $3,000 to fix their own trash companys factory defects on rubber seals creating wind noise. Held my vehicle 5 days for what shouldve taken an afternoon and on multiple occasions I had to call to get the ball rolling on what happens next, every single time I called they were just about to call me. Do yourself a favor and either use a real mechanic or travel to a dif Ram service this one is lazy, incompetent, and slimy with the fees/charges. |

| Summary: I highly recommend this dealership. I purchased a pre-owned Mercedes GLE and worked specifically with Kevin Howsare. I came from out of state, and the entire process was incredibly smooth and seamless because of him. This was by far one of the easiest and most stress-free car purchases Ive ever made. Kevin and the whole team went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled professionally and that I was completely satisfied. An excellent experience from start to finish. |

| Summary: 2 hours into a 13 hour journey, I had issue with truck (DEF system) meaning within 150 miles Ill be in limp mode. I called a couple of dealers who could not help. I got through to Hannahbring it in! Within 2 hours we were back on the road. Cant thank them, and particularly Hannah enough. We were looking at rental cars, hotels all sorts of plans, but Crown were willing and able to help us out.
There are good dealers out there! |

| Summary: I had been looking for a new truck or newer truck for several weeks. When I walked into Crown Dodge James Arrington greeted me outside. He asked me if there was anything that he could do for me and I explained to him that I was looking for a truck. He wasted no time in finding a couple of vehicles to look at. His professional manner being such a young salesman, impressed me. He wasnt pushy or trying to make a sale right away. He was trying to make a friend. After we talked a few times I took out The F150for a test drive. After talking on a couple of other occasions, I decided to come back and see if we could hammer out the numbers to see if we couldve come to an agreement on the price. At no time that I feel James was trying to hoodwink me or sell me on something I didnt want. He did a fantastic job with the closing with the help of Brandon Morgan sales car manager. We had a small hiccup with the truck and I brought it back and James and Brandon help resolve the issue to my satisfaction. I look forward to doing business with crown and James in the future as Ill be looking for another vehicle next year. What a blessing it was to do business and working with James. Thank you very much. |
