Nicole Moon at Crown of Cleveland was very professional when I showed up , she has a great personality, she called to give me updates to let me know what was going on and how it would be , before my jeep was ready , she called my warranty company asap and got me prepared for a rental if I needed it. My Jeep was was back running and serviced in about 4 1/2 hrs which was great. Thanks for the great service Crown of Cleveland. My wife and I recently purchased a new Ram 1500 from Crown of Cleveland. I don't think we could have asked for a better experience. Berry Snyder was up front and very pleasant to work with. He gave us plenty of time to make our decision and then walked us through the process. He showed us all the new bells and whistles in the new Ram truck. I am so glad we stopped by to look . We came away with a beautiful Ram 1500, a great experience , and I believe a new friend. Thanks Berry Snyder for all you did to get us in our new vehicle.

Do not have your vehicle fixed here, these are glorified parts changers ONLY and not real mechanics, they can only change parts and follow the steps that the computer tells them to change, so you buy lots of parts and labor trying to find out whats actually wrong, what a waste of money! Update so it turns out it was a circuit fault code and not a mechanical fault code, so after the recommended parts changing, and we are talking about a lot of parts, even changing out cams for a cam sensor fault, they would then recommend the pcm if all other parts didnt fix it, took it to a real mechanic and within 30 minutes discovered it was the pcm that was bad, now Im out of a lot of money and wasted time on unnecessary parts! (UPDATE) it was the first piece of the puzzle that should have been checked after cam sensor didnt fix it, the Ecm was bad, not Cams, Not Oil and no need to pull heads off, simple easy fix! But not at this shop!

Ive tried to get a recall on my Jeep setup multiple times and the service advisors never answer the phone our return phone calls. They had allegedly added me to the list of back ordered recall parts months ago but apparently that wasnt true either. Update: to the GM which replied, your team never told me to bring the vehicle in for an inspection to validate the recall. This must mean there are bigger disconnects at your dealership you are unaware of.
