I wasnt really even considering that when I brought my previous one in for service, but Jack did his thing and the rest is history. He was polite, professional, and respectful which made all the difference! |

| Summary: Still setting here 2.5 hours for a oil change tire rotation. No one has checked in with me to say why. I wish they would have told me when I got here that even though I had a 11 am appointment I would be here all day. I was here early too. I mean common courtesy goes a long way. I asked up front they said they would go check. Sorry but my time is limited and I had to wait for the work to be done. I mean oil change 3? hours. Dang. Please let people know that it will take all day to change your oil even with a appointment. Another thing many people have come after me and drove away in their car and I am still seating here. I hope there done by 5. I need to pick up my grand daughter at day care. Ubers don't have car seats. |

| Summary: We were shopping for a car and Justin helped us out. He showed us the Palisades. The vehicle itself is beautiful and made with high-quality materials. I was totally impressed. The service that Justin provided was superb. He described and explained all the features of the vehicle in an understandable way. Unfortunately, the vehicle was a little too large for our needs and we did not purchase, but we would highly recommend Justin at Hyundai to anyone looking in the St. Petersburg area |

| Summary: I had an emergency the plastic panel that protects the underside of the engine came off I got to the dealer at 5pm Friday they closed at 6pm they had 3 mechanics work on the car and did a fantastic job have been taking my car to crown Hyundai for 30 years ! |
