| Summary: We are just getting started on our new car search. My wife went into the used car area at Crown Hyundai today. The Mises wanted to see the inside of the newer Santa Fe or Palisade. There were four wanna be sales reps there that pretty much ignored her. She finally approached the herd and they could not have been less interested in helping her. They pretty much ignored her when she told them she wanted to lookat the inside of those two models. She finally just left. #sadcustomerservice |

I recentely purchased a Santa Cruz and all of the people at this dealership were polite and very professional. I enjoyed the experience very much and will return to them for all of my service needs. I had my old Santa Cruz with them for service and they were great! |

| Summary: This was the second car we bought from John You at Crown Hyundai. John has been very patient and helpful during the difficult process of finding a new car. He always answered our texts or calls promptly and was very patient and helpful each time we changed our mind. Hopefully we wont be needing another car anytime soon but if we do we will definitely head back to John You at Crown Hyundai. |
