| Summary: After talking to 3 other Hyndai dealers, I ended up buying from Crown Hyndai and the reason is the sales person Travis who was very pleasant and a true professional gentleman who makes it very easy , polite and zero pressure , after shopping around I knew how much I want to pay and they were willing to work it out , Vinny from finance was very friendly , facilitated my papers in no time , also Kris who I met earlier has a big smile ,thats important when you walk into a dealer shop , good job guys , thank you |

| Summary: I had a wonderful experience test driving a vehicle here. My salesman, Travis, was knowledgeable, patient, and able to answer all of my questions. If he didnt know something, he immediately looked it up or found someone who did. The General Manager was also very helpful, and it was clear the entire team worked together seamlessly.
They were genuinely interested in helping me find a car that felt comfortable and had the features I was looking for. When I mentioned concerns about the seat length and knee comfort, both the salesman and GM took the time to explore modification options and acknowledged my concerns. They even offered extended test drives so I could be completely confident in my decision, along with a very generous trade-in offer.
Although I ultimately purchased elsewhere due to availability, I would absolutely return and confidently refer others. Its refreshing to work with a team that truly prioritizes the customer experience. |

| Summary: I've only been in for 2 recalls, but this is the best service center I've ever used. Efficient, on-time, and courteous. Love the free Uber shuttles! They also cleaned my car! Doreen was the advisor each time, and she did a great job. |
