| Summary: Every time I come to this Hyundai I am fully taken care of. I this is my first time buying a car outside of Toyota and I must say BEST CHOICE EVER! I scored with a vehicle and then stellar service since the day I stepped foot in the dealership. Lori Kalnasky helped me a few times and shes taken great care of me! | Summary: Be very careful going here. I purchased 2 vehicles at once and I don't feel warm and fuzzy after purchase. First off the is damage on vehicle.
Which I have found. Plus ,After looking at my contract, I don't see or feel , like a valued customer, but as another sale. Plus vehicle has damage,(which I'm sure they knew about)The salesman was good, kind ,and not pushy. But I went in at end of year to try to get a deal , with year end rebates,( which i though I was getting)and a 2025 vehicle (end of inventory), to get extra deals,. I wanted to pay cash. I was roped into a deal I am not comfortable with. Financing for months, which I didn't want. And now penalties if I want to pay off early. I should have went with my gut and chosen a different dealer. As per communications I would have walked away with a much better deal. I think I would have felt better and happy, not cheated.
Cars were cleaned and not detailed. The whole experience was different from the last dealership I dealt with. Again, should have went with my gut, would have saved at least 2000 or more. |

| Summary: I made an appointment for 2:30 PM, yet it took two hours just for someone to even be assigned to look at my car. After that, it took another 30 mins to complete the service. What is the point of making an appointment if it isnt respected?
I specifically chose this Hyundai dealership thinking I would have a better experience than Courtesy Hyundai, but unfortunately it was way worse.
To make matters worse, they let me leave with my car even though the check headlight / low light warning was still on and failed to notice that my left headlight doesnt even work. Thats not just inconvenient its a safety issue.
The entire process was painfully slow and extremely frustrating. Having appointments at this dealership is pointless, and the lack of attention to detail and respect for customers time is unacceptable. This experience has completely turned me off from Hyundai dealerships and has made me never want to buy another Hyundai again. |
