Justin made my buying experience quick and painless. Last time I purchased a car, 18 years ago, it took over 4 hours. Today 2 hours. Justin and the rest of the crew I met were professional, nice and knowledgeable. This is the second time I've purchased from Crown and will continue to purchase with Crown. Thank you to all!

Alright tough news but I had an appointment for my car to be serviced last Monday and it still hasnt been assigned a technician. I was told a few days and so far its been 7. Ive had a tricky time getting anyone on the phone or my emails replied to in a timely manner and no one has an estimate. Ive been paying out of pocket for a rental car and unclear on if it will be reimbursed. People were nice upon dropping my car off but needs improvement in service timeline.

Purchased a 2022 Hyundai Tucson in June of 2022 and had a a/c issue for the first day of purchase after that it went in for repair two more times. Still wasnt fixed properly and I had to wait a whole year to get an appointment for service for the forth time. Waited so long to get an appointment to get the a/c repair my warranty expired so they ask me to pay $4,548.5. Prior to the forth time I put in a lemon law claim due to this issue and Hyundai denied my claim. My a/c has still not been repaired. Im paying a car payment on a practical brand new car with no a/c since day 1. I was lied to upon purchasing this SUV. I am highly angry with the handling of this situation and I will never purchase another car nor will I ever recommend anyone to buy a car from here. It took them 3 years to figure out the problem with my a/c. 2022 Hyundai Tucson Bad evaporator since 6/6/22(day of purchase) A/C out four times since purchase and lemon law claim denied by Hyundai Motor of America. They wanted my feedback of the service for the claim and I surely gave them one. Its very upsetting to get used and abused with a company that you purchased a car from that will not correct their problem. I didnt break it was broke when I bought it so why do I have to pay $4,548.51 for a repair for a faulty part that they put in in the first place. I will be calling 8on your side regarding this matter. I have had enough and trust me I am not letting this go at all. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE. Also, My appointment for the forth time was July 22, 2025 it took them a whole week to look at my car to tell me what the issue really was. I drop my car off at 9am on July 22, 2025 and nothing still didnt get resolved a/c is still out. They dont care about their customers at all after you have bought the car from them. They are dishonest and just take your money. If they have verified mechanics they should have knew what the problem was the day I purchased it.They said to me oh it just need to recharged and they knew that wasnt the issue. My first visit I met with Alex who gave me a ton of good info. He knew I was not buying that day but was coming back in the next day or two with my wife. When we came back, Alex was with customers but rather than asking us to wait, we introduced us to Jake. Jake spent a lot of time with us and did not pressure us at all. We actually made an appt to come back the next and Jake was able to put together a deal that worked for us. It was late in the day so Jake actually brought our new car to our home the next day and went through everything with my wife.

I had a great experience with Alexander Salinas (Sales Agent) and Casey Newman (Sales Manager) at Crown Hyundai. Alex did a great job showing me the details of how the new 2025 Kona EV operates and made me feel very comfortable asking questions and discussing concerns. He was great to explore the new cars with. Casey went above an beyond the call of duty working out a variety of options that might be best for me. He took the time to hear what I was saying and run financial worksheets that best suited my needs. Alex and Casey worked very well together. I highly recommend requesting them when you go in to look at new cars at Crown Hyundai. BTW- I looked at a similar Kona EV at a different dealer, which actually had a slightly lower MSRP up front, but Crown Hyundai had better incentives and over a payment period of 3 years saved me nearly $3,000 compared to the other dealer. I am very, very happy with Crown Hyundai.

This was my first time getting my car serviced at Crown Hyundai! When I pulled up Christopher Murray was right there to greet me and get the ball rolling on my services. He went through everything that was going to be done and when it was done he let me know what the next steps were as far as when my next oil change would be and when the next major maintenance would occur which is extremely helpful! Chris was great to work with!
