| Summary: We seriously had the BEST experience working with Mikuh. He was super patient with my thousands of questions and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. He really went above and beyond to get us a great deal and made the whole process feel super easy and stress-free.
Also, he was so sweet and attentive with our kids, which meant a lot to us. You can just tell he genuinely cares, not just about doing his job but about people too. Its honestly not often you find someone whos both professional and that kind.
10/10 would recommend Mikuh to anyone car shopping! |

| Summary: Recently I was looking for a different vehicle I ended up at Crown Hyundia Saint Petersburg 5301 34th street and a very personalable helpful sale consultant helped me arrive at a vehicle I liked he Glen Gasbarro and the sale manager worked a great deal that was more then I expected to finish the deal Vinnie Zeitler financial manager made the paper work effortless finally to switch insurance from my previous car to the new one was a very helpful licensed insurance sales agent Katie Sonnylal did all the paper work got me my new insurance cards within a very short period the whole experience was an unbelievable great experience. I would recommend Glen, Vinnie and Katie for a hassle free buying experience. This all just happened Feb. 26 through Feb 28th when I picked up my new vehicle. KUDOS to all. | Summary: I purchased my vehicle from Crown Hyundai and my Sales Consultant was Joel Sepulveda. At the time, he was new to selling the Palisades and more acquainted with the Genesis. Although Joel was new to selling the Palisades, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was very attentive to my needs as a customer and he helped me find the right model that fit my budget. One thing I appreciated was his honesty! If he did not know what something was, he said that but followed up with the words, I will find that answer and let you know. He was NOT pushy and overbearing. He was friendly and patient! He was great with following up with me on every step to help me purchase my vehicle. If you are looking for Excellent customer service, and an awesome Sales Consultant to make your car buying experience pleasant, ask for Joel Sepulveda! Also, may Financial Service Manager was Rashawn Latimer, another Awesome guy at Crown Hyundai! Rashawn took me through the last steps to get me out the door. He was very friendly and knowledgeable! I gave Crown Hyundai Five stars because of Joel Sepulveda and Rashawn! Visit Crown Hyundai and ask for these men! |

| Summary: We took our Hyundai Sonanta to Crown after a check engine light came on. Although the check engine light had gone off, they made several suggestions that thought could fix the issue. During the inspection, they said the rear brakes needed to be replaced. A job they said would cost $350. We agreed to the quoted price and then received a bill for $623.12. We called to speak with John, the service manager. He said he would discuss the charges with our service advisor Juan Cruz and he would call us back. We never received a call to explain the extra charges. I called John again the next day and still didn't receive a return call.

Parts-$182.41
Supplies-$50.00
The lack of transparency and responsiveness deserves a 1 star review. If the charges are twice as much as what is quoted there is a problem.
We will never take our car back to Crown Hyundai and would not recommend using them. |

| Summary: Thank you Tia and Mike for another awesome experience with Crown Hyundai. While waiting for oil change and tire rotation on my sweet 2024 Tucson I decided to look at the beautiful cherry red hybrid SantaFe sitting in the showroom. Unable to look and not touch I decided to take a test ride and WOW what a pleasant experience. Tia talked me through all the controls some were slightly different than my Tucson and guess what I brought my husband back the next day and we bought it on the spot. Cant go wrong with 0% interest as far as I am concerned used someone elses money work for you! Hour and half later, signed sealed and with help from Tia and Mike we unloaded my sweet little Tucson and loaded up my brand new SantaFe Hybrid! Sweet ride by the way! Thanks again Tia and Mike |
