| Summary: I was due for a mileage maintenance along with an oil change. The biggest challenge was being able to schedule an appointment but Crown made sure that happened which I appreciated. Presently the facility is under construction but they did everything they could to make this as normal as possible. Doreen Hailey was helpful and professional and made sure that I was taken care of in a reasonable amount of time., from dropping my car off to when I was able to pick it back up. I could not have asked for more. |
