Went to Crown to inquire about trading in my 2023 Tuscon. I had done some research already on the web and spoke to James (salesman) before i ventured in to see the new models. Usually i get frustrated with buying a new car and feel uncomfotable. James understood me from the very start. I had tons of questions before and during the test drive. He answered my questions slow and clearly. I wasnt a bit confused. I had problems understanding the new shifting on the steering wheel. He never made me feel stupid. He must have demonstated the new shifting on the steering wheel 10+ times with me until I and he were comfortable i understood it. He also showed me were my '23 Tuscon had been moved too. I felt 100% comfortable with everything he said and demonstrated. There was no high pressure; lets get back inside and crunch numbers attutude I h ad been used too. I test drove 3 vehicles and in detail he described how it differed from the previous car. I've really gone on long to long on this review, but It's because of how James sold me a vehicle. I can't say enough about how he treated me.

I test drove a vehicle today a 2019 Hyundai Sante Fe with 73,000 kms. The brakes were dirty and worn to the point they were scraping. The vehicle would not accelerate when we got onto Crowchild. The only way back to the dealership I had to go onto Stoney doing 70 kms with my flashers on driving on the shoulder. I barely made it back to the dealership with this vehicle. I asked the salesman for my keys and registration for my vehicle. He had to retrieve my belongings from the manager who did not even come to apologize for the inconvenience of this vehicle experience, sorry but I would never recommend this dealership when they could not make sure vehicle is driveable.
