| Summary: Wow. Such a great experience at crown Hyundai. We rented a ioniq 5 and had to get a EV charge. So we stopped by the dealership in St. Petersburg to use the charge point station. We were greeted by Justin Hoffman in such a pleasant way. Not as a sales person personality but as a person to help us with our efforts to charge our vehicle. I had owned an electric bmw in the past and now drive a jeep Grand Cherokee, which we like. But after driving the Hyundai for a few days and looking at gas prices I think we are going to be looking at an EV in the future. Justin pointed out the ionic 9 new in the showroom SUV and let us to ourselves without the pushy sales person stereotype. When our desire to get ourselves into an EV from Hyundai happens Justin will be our man. Thank you Crown Hyundai for being so accommodating and nice to us. Terrence and Molly. |

I took my car in this morning to have a recall fixed and they had my car ready to go half an hour before the projected time because I was nervous about being able to pick my son up on time. They also had a coloring book and crayons for my daughter to use while we waited for the car to be ready. Thank you for a smooth morning! |

| Summary: Michael Tann assisted me last Tues. I went home to think about it and went back on Wed. Although they were very busy, he was very attentive. When he needed to step away, Tia stepped in and I test drove 2 Tuscons and found just what I was looking for, down to the color. The whole experience went very well. Insurance and finance paperwork were worked on before I met with them. All my questions were answered. Excellent experience |

| Summary: After picking up my vehicle today, to say I am upset is an understatement. I dropped off my vehicle, March 18th to fix 3 out of 4 recalls and an oil leak on my 2021 White palisade. Picked it up today, April 24. And my vehicle has more issues than it had before. The paint job has debris in all panels that were painted. A door accessory was not reinstalled properly, to the point I could end up losing it while driving. My moon roof cover will no longer close. The door seal was not reinstalled. They did not check the area of concern for the oil leak. My passenger seat belt no longer works at all. And they make you sign your paperwork before you even see your vehicle, so you have no choice but to return the loaner vehicle. Then I will have to waste more time going back to the dealership, when they may have another loaner available, and pray they fix it right the next time and not cause anymore new issues. |
