I am a traveler from Nashville, Tennessee whose 2020 Elantra needed some required repairs. Everyone there who I encountered is welcoming, friendly, very professional, and operates from the highest level of integrity.

| Summary: Ashish Thomas was a great help today as I turned in my 2023 Tucson for a new 2026. Though my 2023:had less than 12,000 miles, the lease was running out and I enjoy the comfort of a new car. The transaction went very smoothly, as it always does at Crown. Ashish understood my needs and what i was willing to do to make the transaction happen smoothly and he and the Crown team made it work. Though I no longer live in St. Pete, I am so comfortable with Crown that I make the trip to continue working with a team that always sees I am well served. Thank you Ashish and the whole team.
