The negotiations were smooth and straightforward and we were able to reach agreement on the specifics in short order. I had a question about a warranty issue on my trade-in the following day and Jennifer took care of it right away. I appreciated meeting and working with her. |

The fact that the dealership had on-site insurance assistance was a huge bonus.
