I initially worked with Alfonso, who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the early stages of the process smooth and stress-free. When it came time to purchase the car, Alfonso wasnt available, so Moe stepped inand I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Moe went above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy with every detail. He was patient, kind, and genuinely cared about making the process enjoyable. To top it off, after my purchase, I received a handwritten letter from Alfonso congratulating me on the new carsuch a thoughtful touch that really stood out. This dealership clearly values great customer service, and it shows. Ill definitely be coming back in the future and highly recommend them! |
