Not only was the leasing process made easy with a comprehensive understanding of all terms, the car was matched to our custom specifications, and was delivered to our front door with a huge ribbon on it!! The entire experience could not have been made possible without the excellence of service from both Erwin Artacho and Christian Aparicio. Their astute attention to detail coupled with knowledgeable and friendly service make them an all star team, furthering my loyalty to the Mercedes brand and whom they employ. Erwin, handling the back end, putting the deal together and Christian delivering the vehicle while finalizing the details made my experience both relaxing and enjoyable.
