| Summary: I want to thank Makhi, it was a pleasure working with him. He was professional, had a positive attitude, and was very easy to work with. He took his time with us, made sure all of our questions were answered, and clearly explained all the features. One of the best experiences I've had working with a salesman. Great customer service and someone who truly works for you.I also had the opportunity to speak with Erwin, the General Manager, who was very easy to work with. There was no pressure, just a straightforward and honest approach, which I really appreciated.I really appreciate the flexibility this dealership showed with my hectic schedule while helping me finalize my 2026 CLA 250 lease deal. During my process, I spoke with other dealerships, and this was by far the best experience from start to finish. Highly recommend this dealership. |

From that moment on he was by my side and treated me with respect and provided me with excellent customer service, him and his assistant Joshua. Both were pleasant, well dressed salesmen, who represented Walters Mercedes with A+ service. I left with a brand new GLC and I am living a dream. Id like to thank each one of them for that time and effort and also would like to mention Mr. Leonard Baker for his expertise and last but not least Miss Ashley Ive been dealing with Walters ever since I was 17 years old and I really appreciate it and another name Id like to mention is Kevin the manager across the street there at Audi not only will I be returning but I have passed on numerous recommendations to the people at United parcel service in Ontario California. Theres about 15,000 that work out of that building on the corner of Jurupa and Haven in Ontario. They cant go wrong by coming over and seeing you guys at Walters Mercedes-Benz in Riverside thank you once again guys are really pleased with my purchase and it went pretty smooth. |
