| Summary: My husband and I recently leased a brand new 2025 GLA250 AMG. Not only was the leasing process made easy with a comprehensive understanding of all terms, the car was matched to our custom specifications, and was delivered to our front door with a huge ribbon on it!! The entire experience could not have been made possible without the excellence of service from both Erwin Artacho and Christian Aparicio. Their astute attention to detail coupled with knowledgeable and friendly service make them an all star team, furthering my loyalty to the Mercedes brand and whom they employ. Erwin, handling the back end, putting the deal together and Christian delivering the vehicle while finalizing the details made my experience both relaxing and enjoyable. I wish I could give them each more than 5 stars... I hope everyone considering a purchase of this outstanding brand heads to Walter's of Riverside and asks for these individuals to assist them. | Summary: I currently own 2 Mercedes and have had several others in the past. As a result I've probably visited and dealt with almost every Mercedes dealership in SoCal. I've never really felt the need to review any of them, but my most recent experience at Walter's Mercedes-Benz of Riverside really earned the dealership some recognition. The entire car buying process is by nature is very formulaic and time consuming. I've found that the thing that makes the most difference is the people working there. Getting a good sales associate can be luck of the draw. I was very happy with my experience with Ash Botello. She valued my time, and made an effort to work the deal efficiently, while still providing the high level of customer service one would expect from this segment of the market. A good GM is equally if not more import. I was really impressed by Erwin Artacho. He's experienced, unpretentious, and honest. That's what will get a dealership more business. When it's time to get another Mercedes I know where I'll go to first. |
