| Summary: From the moment I parked my car and retrieved my daughter from the backseat Mr. Morris Gaines greeted me with a big smile and asked me did I need help. From that moment on he was by my side and treated me with respect and provided me with excellent customer service, him and his assistant Joshua. Both were pleasant, well dressed salesmen, who represented Walters Mercedes with A+ service. I left with a brand new GLC and I am living a dream. Thank you Morris and Walters Mercedes, I will definitely be referring family and friends. |

Id like to thank each one of them for that time and effort and also would like to mention Mr. Leonard Baker for his expertise and last but not least Miss Ashley Ive been dealing with Walters ever since I was 17 years old and I really appreciate it and another name Id like to mention is Kevin the manager across the street there at Audi not only will I be returning but I have passed on numerous recommendations to the people at United parcel service in Ontario California. Theres about 15,000 that work out of that building on the corner of Jurupa and Haven in Ontario. They cant go wrong by coming over and seeing you guys at Walters Mercedes-Benz in Riverside thank you once again guys are really pleased with my purchase and it went pretty smooth. |

| Summary: I brought my car in two weeks ago for an ongoing service issue, due to a third party mechanic failing to do his job, and was given some unfortunate news regarding costly repairs, after having already paid quite a bit to the outside party mechanic. I was stuck in a pretty bad and very stressful predicament and unsure of how I should move forward. My boyfriend was the main one handling the communication between ourselves and the staff at Walter's, and I can confidently say every single person we were in contact with was incredibly patient, understanding, and helpful throughout the two weeks my car was in their service department. Between Ross and Tyler in the service department, to LeNard and Daniel in sales, and Erwin the GM, every single one of them was amazing. My boyfriend and I came in to the dealership today to figure out what we could do about my situation, and ended up leaving with a beautiful, brand new car. Erwin went above and beyond to help us figure out the best route to go and was incredibly patient and kind the entire time. He worked with us and helped us find the best car within our price range and helped us get out of a pretty bad situation with my now last car. I cannot recommend Walter's Mercedes and their amazing staff more, incredibly grateful for each and every one of them who helped us! |

From the very first moment, they treated me with genuine warmth, patience, and care not just as a customer, but as a person. They went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for, answering every question with honesty and kindness. | Summary: There is a reason why I keep going back to Walters Mercedez to buy a car and this was my third purchase. Moe Mohammad was amazing at helping me choose a car that was right for me and very informative. John Perez helped out when Moe was not there, he was very patient and kind throughout the process of finishing up my paperwork and giving me the keys. To top it all off the GM Erwin was absolutely amazing and very professional. I felt very appreciated as a customer by Erwin and will definitely buy my fourth car there in the future.

| Summary: Ive bought 2 vehicles from this dealership within the past year. Both times I had Ash B as my sales consultant. Shes very professional, helpful, and great to work with. Sales manager Hae Lee was also helpful and transparent with working out the deal. Also GM Erwin Artacho deserves a positive review as well for being a straight shooter. Be sure to check with this dealership before making a deal with another dealership. Im glad it did. |
